I had a problem with my bathroom pipes. I was given options. My Guy Plumbing had my care as their first concern. What an honest company. Charlie and Matt worked together to fix the problem the way I choose. No pressure, no sales pitches! They both were great technicians. Also, Erica from the office answered my calls promptly. She was very efficient. She called when Charlie and Matt left as a follow up to see if i had any questions. It doesn't get better than this! The price was reasonable. I highly recommend Mr.Guy Plumbing. They will be certainly be my first call if the need arises, Thank You,Mr.Good Guy.

I had the inspection and the plumber found a leak in my crawl space. They also found 2 other items in need of repair. I agreed to the work. They did a good job and were great to work with. I'm not convinced one of the items really needed the repair. Not long after, I found water accumulating between my hot water heater and my furnace. MGP came out and determined it was the pressure relief valve on my 3 yr old HWH. There wasn't any water in the pan under it. The valve was replaced and a recommendation for an expansion tank was made. I chose not to do the tank at that time. Within a week, i noticed the water accumulating again. I called my HVAC company. They said it was from condensation on the AC line coming in. It did not require any repair and would stop when the humid weather passed. It has. I contacted MGP to complain. The office was very nice and said they would have the owner call me. He did call. I missed the call and called him back. He was driving and didn't have my file and said he would call me back. He has not. I am dissatisfied. I would like a refund for the part replacement that wasn't necessary. The company is responsive and does good work to my untrained eye. I felt the prices were high and that they looked for things to repair each time they came out. This and the owner's lack of response has left a bad impression. Therefore I would not recommend My Guy Plumbing. I will make sure my neighbors and others in my senior community are aware of my experience.

If I could give this review 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can't…read more Anyway, if you want unprofessionalism, damaged property, lack of communication, and poor work ethic than this company is right for you! My husband and I moved to Nj in January from New York and we are fortunate enough to be in a new built home. We have always talked about getting solar when we moved so once we were actually in our new home we started doing our research and landed on this company. If I could go back in time and go with another solar company I absolutely would because instead of this process being exciting and seamless, it has been a true nightmare considering I've had my solar panels on my roof for over 6 weeks and they are still not turned on due to failed inspections. You would think a company that has been doing this type of craft for so long would know the proper permits to get when installing solar on a customers roof, but sadly you can't always assume people know what they're doing. So not only do we have solar panels on my roof that are not turned on for weeks due to failure to get the proper permits, but the company's men were also negligent and damaged my front step. When speaker to our salesmen who is also incompetent and fails to represent us although he's the one making the sale off us, he told my husband and I that when the men work, they are suppose to put some type of protection down on your property so they do not damage anything. This was not the case for my install because not only did the workers half ass and were careless on my property, but I have a huge black Tar mark on the front step of my brand new home. Obviously we were extremely upset but we did not show we were mad because the workers told us they would take care of it. Well just like the solar panels that are not turned on on top of my roof, my step was NOT taken care of and it has been WEEKS. No one has called us, kept us in the loop as to when either issue would be resolved, and best part, the owner of this company got nasty with my husband after expressing how frustrating this all is that we are left in the dark. This company has no remorse, and does NOT care about the consumer. All this company has done to us is put more stress on our busy lives, and aggravate us that we are not taken as a priority. This company takes on more jobs then they can handle, and moves onto the next job without completing the first job. Absolutely HORRIBLE and my husband and I are in the process of going to the BBB and taking legal action. Stay far away from this company, do your research there are so many better companies to work with and I wish I could go back and choose another one.
