The owner was only at the work site when I demanded to speak with him on the first day. Never saw him again accept for when he came at the end of the project to take photos with a drone. As I do this review, our repairs have still not been completed per agreement/contract. The subcontractors absolutely destroyed the soffit around my porch that will have to be redone now. Also, at a personal note they claim to be "patriots" and work hard for our vets, military discount etc. I am a veteran and none of that happened. Look elsewhere folks and save yourself some problems. Gabe did a great job communicating schedule changes. Once the work got underway it went quickly. And the quality of their craftsmanship was outstanding. The siding is fantastic. The attention to detail superb. Seams were overlapped so not to be visible from the street. Joints were staggered so not to catch the eye. The metal trim was perfect and we love our new carport.
