I ordered an margarita on the rocks and she googled or looked it up to see what was in it. She came back with some terrible drink with no salt on the plastic cup. Still no smile. Two men came in and she straightened up adjusted her top and flipped her hair in place and gave them a huge smile and took their order. My husband and I looked at each other and laughed. The girl is not an asset to that place and doesn't know her ass from a hole in the ground. Will not go there and will not give anyone nice comments about it.

They garnished it with some peeled scallions which gives a nice finish. I'm a sucker for Brussels Sprouts; if they're on the menu, I'm very likely gonna order them. The gumbo was pretty good, had a tomato richness to it. I forgot what my friend ordered; probably cause I had too many martinis. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from Hammond but it's worth it.
