Great lattes & baked goods. I have not yet tried the sandwiches or wraps but they always look scrumptious.

Very lively vibe on a Friday night with live music and bingo game. Came here for dinner before…read moreheading to a local festival. Counter service for food and beer. We ordered two kids pizzas, grilled veggies panini and a personal pizza. All were delicious but the portions are on the smaller side as my 6 and 8 yr old gobbled up all the pizza and wanted more! Pizza is wood fired thin crust with a nice charred flavor. The beer was excellent as well. Overall, highly recommend it for a family dinner!

Excitement filled me as i aloud said "yasss can chat you up! Hello my 381st brewery!" I was warmly welcomed by friendly & knowledgable beertender Mikey. Staff Stephanie was nearby too. Mikey built me a flight. After making my way partially through the flight & beery chat, Mikey poured me a sample of Charlotte's Revenge Scotch Ale. Mmmmm so good!!! Of my flight, none of the six would i not order again but the Maibock was my victor!! Watch out for My Sophia....she is sly @ an easy drinking 9%. Mikey poured me a blue eyed blonde while telling me it was named for the owners wife. Boom....a few minutes later Mikey "thats the blue eyed blonde behind you". They had a brick oven but we didn't even discuss food. Mikey said they just celebrated 10 years last week, March 4th. They were originally right across the street as Mikey rattled off the store names where they were. Time got away from me so i didnt look @ merch. Thats my second visits task. I really like the tap room!! Spacious, lots of natural light, the exposed brick wall, the kitchen right there and a really big bar. The brew house just outside the tap room. I like the Wisconsin shaped flight paddles. When looking @ my flight list i asked the order? Mikey pointed out there is a tiny "map" on the sheet! I appreciated that w all the rising prices Knuth still offers a reasonable flight of $2 pours! I asked Mikey how to pronounce Knuth? Then forgot to ask its definition or how the owner came up w the name? Knuth checks all the boxes! Delicious beer, fantastic staff, comfortable digs, easy parking & just an all around good vibe! Thanks Mikey & Knuth for providing such a delicious & great experience; looking forward to my next visit, cheers!

I am very disappointed to be writing this review because what started as a wonderful birthday visit…read morewith my daughter turned into a shocking and upsetting experience. On April 4th, I was visiting my daughter at college for her birthday, and we chose Wisco Coffee Company to spend time together. She had mentioned she was a little concerned when ownership changed recently, but we still wanted to celebrate there. Unfortunately, her concerns turned out to be justified. When we arrived, the shop was packed, so we used the only available seating and moved one chair so we could sit together by the fireplace. Before leaving briefly for a scheduled appointment, we returned the chair exactly where it had originally been. When we came back, the shop had cleared out quite a bit, and we again moved a chair so we could sit together by the fireplace. We stayed for several hours celebrating her birthday, purchased multiple drinks and food items, visited with friends who stopped by to wish her well, took photos, and even had other customers comment on how cozy our little seating area was. While we were sitting there, a woman cleaning a nearby table repeatedly stared at us with a very angry look and then approached me and sarcastically asked if I was an interior designer. Confused, I asked her why she would ask that. She said it was because I moved a chair. At first, my daughter and I laughed because we genuinely thought she was joking. When she continued to scowl at us and look extremely angry at us I asked if she meant to demean us, she said "Yes, I meant to be a smart ass." It quickly became clear she was serious and upset, and the interaction escalated from there. When I asked if she was the owner, she identified herself as the owner's mother and continued escalating the situation. At one point she aggressively rushed at us while speaking, which felt intimidating and honestly made us uncomfortable and concerned about how the interaction might escalate. She called us both "privileged" and "dumb," and also stated she "wouldn't waste any more of her time with stupid people like you," and even said she would "take me out with the trash." When I told her she was hurting her child's business by treating customers this way, she responded that she "didn't care." We were honestly stunned. What had been such a meaningful birthday visit together--especially since I don't get to see my daughter often--ended in a very upsetting confrontation over simply moving a chair so we could sit together. Sadly, after this experience, we will not return and cannot recommend this business. I hope the owner is aware of how interactions like this affect customers and the reputation of the shop.
