As other reviews have mentioned, they do get busy and it's a little bit of a wait, so don't go in thinking you'll be out in five minutes - you won't be. You're given a buzzer while your food is being prepped which gives you ample time to snag a drink and find a seat. The Swiftfired Pizza menu is extensive which makes it hard to choose - they have so many that sound good! I had to go with the PCT because as a pregnant person, I just couldn't pass up something with pickles on it. Admittedly that was the only word I saw, because I was shocked when I got it and it was covered in shredded broccoli (which is listed right there on the menu). The PCT is definitely a little different than what I was expecting, but still good. If possible, I think I'd ask for a different cheese other than provolone because that didn't mesh well in my opinion. On the simpler side, their cheese bread is delicious and their pre-packaged garden salad did a good job of giving me the veggie fix I needed. We pass through Cle Elum on the way to Leavenworth a couple of times a year at least, so I'm sure we will stop by again soon!

The cheese pull was out of this damn world like a movie! The crust was very crispy but soft as well. And it did have just a little bit of grease on it which made it a little better. Sometimes it tends to be a little dry. The basil was strong, aromatic & fresh. The meat was greasy and very well seasoned. The place was very clean and surprisingly quiet. We had the whole place to ourselves! Overall I give it a strong strong 7/10. Will definitely be back to try the different options they have.

All the parking is usually the local golf carts. Also - next door is the town convenience store. Pizza was a nice pan pizza with a ton of toppings. As we pulled each slice out, everything fell off. Either need to add some thin layers of cheese inbetween the toppings to get everything to stick or find another way where 90% of the toppings won't fall off. Also, get ready to wait. Pizza takes about an hour because it's made to order. For exceptional pizza it'd be worth the wait, but I was underwhelmed. Dough was burnt on the bottom but not all the way cooked through. Filled with topping but it was almost too cheesy, which is saying a lot for someone who loves cheese. Salads were... eh... boring. And to top it off prices are too high!

The space is very open, we were quickly greeted and seated shortly. There were a good amount of selections, but we ended up going with a pizza and the pork belly sandwich. Kids got the spaghetti and cheese off of the kids menu, both were solid, easy 4-5*. The salumi pizza was also solid, fresh ingredients, and baked well 4.5*. The porchetta was absolutely delicious, pork belly was done well and paired well with the rest of the ingredients, 5*. We got the charred brussel sprouts, but it was very charred and my wife almost wanted to ask for it to be remade. I didn't mind it too much, and just continued to eat (I was really craving for some cooked veggie), I finished majority of the portion so we didn't bother to ask for it to be remade. Our waitress was very nice, but there was a period where she disappeared (looked like she had her jacket on and went out to get something) and only asked us how the food were immediately after the food arrived and after we were pretty much done eating. Dessert was this crepe with Nutella ice cream inside, 5*. Overall it was an enjoyable meal, but given the price, this was a 4* experience.
