These guys are extremely knowledgeable and do fantastic work. I took my Jeep in to get front and…read morerear trusses, regeared, new frame side LCA brackets, and aligned. When they pulled it apart they were quick to call with the extra stuff they found wrong. Best of all, they were completely honest in which of the stuff they found they thought should be fixed, and it wasn't all of it. The parts they needed didn't arrive until last in the week and I was on a hard deadline to pickup the Jeep. They put in a couple late nights and ensured the Jeep was ready to be picked up on time. My Jeep is wheeled pretty hard and a bit beat up, but they worked right around it all and did some minor fan work to get everything installed. After putting about 100 miles on it, the Jeep started pulling to the left. I'm 3.5 hours from their shop, but they worked with me to trouble shoot the possible issues. With a little tinkering the Jeep drives as straight has and arrow. It's hard to find a good shop you can trust with an offroad vehicle who also has incredible customer service. One of the guys (can't remember his name but he does have a bad shoulder lol) got them down for me and we test fit them on my car. I was so thankful they let me test fit them on my car and I went with the XL Low option. He tightened it down on my roof and it looks super sick! Absolutely an awful experience in every aspect. We needed to get a hitch and trailer brake control…read moreput in our daughters truck. From the very first phone call Brian went on and on about how busy he was and generally treated me as a nuisance and not a customer. That should have been a red flag right there but I like to do business locally so we scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment the work took a lot longer than it was supposed to. That's ok, but it left me rushing to pick up the truck near closing time. I called to tell him I was coming and his response was "better hurry up I'm getting ready to shut off my credit card machine." Another way to make me feel like a nuisance and not a customer. When we picked up the truck he said "all your wiring was rotten and I had to change it all" followed by "I went through a lot of fuses". This is important for later. We paid the bill and left. That night we went to drive the truck and noticed the dash board lights weren't working. I changed the fuse and it immediately popped. Digging in a little farther I found the running lights weren't working either. It's the same circuit. I called Brian the next morning and started by saying "I'm not blaming you but I'm having this problem and I'm wondering if you have any ideas what might be the issue". He instantly said "it worked fine when I was done" and "there's no way I caused this problem". He wasn't helpful. He was downright hostile and even cursed at me a time or two. I've been an aircraft mechanic for 25 years. The first rule of being a mechanic is that if something worked before you worked on it and now it doesn't look at what you did. So I got under there and looked. Remember how he said he changed all the wiring? That was a lie. It was all the original wiring cobbled together with some very bad splices. Remember how he said he had to replace a lot fuses? Well after a while I figured out why and there is NO WAY those lights worked when it left his shop. When Brian installed the connector for the trailer wiring he put it where one of the license plate lights was installed. He removed that light by jamming a screw driver in the socket and punching it out. When he did, he smashed the inside of the electrical connector for that light and shorted it out. Then he simply left it that way dangling under the truck with a direct short and a blown fuse. Long story short, I removed that connector and capped off the wires and now everything works fine. I. have the parts and pictures of his work and can show you exactly what he did I gave him one star because you can't give zero Take your business ANYWHERE else. You've been warned.
