They pulled it in almost right away and on my way home they called with an estimate surprisingly low and explained how and why they were able to keep it at a minimum. I gave them the go ahead and less than two hours later they called to say it was done. They also texted an app to me, making the credit card payment process super easy. My truck is so quiet now I'm afraid I'm going to hear whatever else may be wrong with it (smiling). I am totally sold on Big Al's and have already started spreading the word to my friends and family. When I first pulled up, there were two other cars waiting and within one minute, the staff started opening up more bays. I was nervous about pulling into the bay, but they directed me without making me feel stupid. Took vehicle for a radiator replacement only. Shop broke Air…read moreConditioning System while performing radiator replacement due to a non-standard radiator replacement process. Shop also broke the Horn, horn is now not functioning. For the AC, shop claims bolts were stripped but did not willingly supply proof. Shop provided no explanation for the Horn. Shop has a BBB complaint history of overcharging other customers due to 'Stripped Bolt' issues. I have witness statements of the AC system and Horn working immediately before being taken to the shop. I now have a car that has more things wrong with it than it was taken in with, and shop is refusing to make me whole.
