Both the beef and the lamb were delicious!!!! The beef and lamb was soo well seasoned and the lamb was sooo tender, I could just melt!! No trucks had cold sandwiches, so I ended up at the Everbowl Truck simply because frozen acai/vanilla base and cold fruit was the only thing that was cold offered. However, it turned out to be really dang good. So it worked out. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because we came on a day when it's 98 degrees in the shade. There are shaded areas to eat, but fans are needed. This is not only to help beat the heat, but to also keep air moving to keep the flies away. I'll be praying they add fans, or we may not be able to come during the summer. It was almost unbearably hot and the flies made it worse.
