The other part I also liked was the sales rep, Edgar Clavijo, was very pleasant to deal with. He let me test drive the car three different times over the course of a week and was not pushy in any way. I wanted to buy local to keep our economy good but was not sure if I would get the best deal here. I went to Silsbee instead, they worked with me and were very polite. I even got the numbers I was looking for with gap and warranty. So Robert's Ford will never get my business and I will never refer someone to go here.

Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. We came in with a pre-approval letter from our bank, expecting a simple process. Instead, a manager (didn't catch his name) insisted on using their "indirect" method and told us it would be a lot smoother because they would handle all the paperwork. That statement was completely false. The process took three hours just to finalize paperwork, and we were then forced to leave, drive to our bank for the down payment, and come back the next day to finish the deal. This back-and-forth was entirely unnecessary. Had the buyer's order been processed the way both my bank and I requested, everything could have been completed online in one visit. This was the worst car-buying experience I've had and a complete waste of time. I will not be returning to this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone.
