    Great selection, great prices, and the employees are always so sweet in offering treats to sample. I have a hard time not buying everything in this place, I love spoiling my miniature donkey (bully breed). I usually get the cookie/biscuit style treats since you can choose from a variety of flavors. I also like the salmon oil for a healthy, shiny coat. Today I went in looking for wet food and was given free samples for my dog to try! I am completely blown away by the generosity of the employees, and the quality of the food. I will not go anywhere else!

    We have been loyal Petco grooming customers for eight years with our Shih Tzu-Bichon and have never…read morebeen disappointed until now or experienced behavioral issues during grooming. Due to scheduling we could not get in with our regular store as soon as we needed so we booked at this location. This was the second time at this location as they had more bookings. We received a call mid-groom stating that our dog had "attempted to bite" the groomer while on the table. When I arrived, I asked the manager for a detailed explanation and a written incident report, but neither was provided. The manager simply stated that our dog attempted to bite the groomer and that she was now permanently banned from all Petco locations and refused to offer any information. I asked if she could return to her regular groomer at our usual Petco store, where she has been groomed successfully for years, and was told no. Our dog is energetic, but she has never shown aggression in eight years of regular grooming appointments. Additionally, when we brought her home, she was acting different than usual and repeatedly licking herself as if she was hurt, which was concerning. We have three dogs that require regular grooming and haircuts every 6 weeks or so. Due to how this situation was handled, the lack of transparency, and the extreme decision to ban her without proper documentation, we will be taking all of our grooming business elsewhere. So happy that a week later we took her to another groomer where they cared for her and there were no behavioral issues. When I picked her up they said how much they loved her. Beware of an inexperienced groomers and managers at this location.

    This location is where we come to get our mice for my daughter's boa constrictor. You sign a waiver letting them know what it's for and you go about your business.. Being a perks member were still waiting to see what type of perks we get for as many mice as we have bought. The only problem that I had is when I 1st called they seem so helpful over the phone and knew exactly what I was coming in for However when I arrived it took me 3 separate attempts to find an associate who could actually help me. My time is valuable I was not in an extreme hurry however I should not one have to Chase down a member I should have been greeted at the door with a welcome in or a hello and then I would know where to go. 2 the person that I did find was working in the aquariums and had her arm inside of a tank so her arm was considerably wet she then dried it off and attempted to help me by finding a 3rd associate 3. The 3rd associate seemed not to have any idea how to capture the mice and put them in the Box so the lady at the register left the register leaving A-line of people went to help retrieve the mice and then came back only To find out that the system that she was using had currently gone down and that she had to move the entire line back 3 registers just so we could check out. Usually I'm in-and-out visit picking up 2 mice putting the menobox signing the form and being on my way may be 15 to 20 minutes tops this particular visit was 30 to 45 minutes a bit excessive for 2 mice.

On March 28, I placed an order with Petco after confirming all items were listed as available for same-day pickup or delivery. At checkout, I was then told one or more items were suddenly unavailable and would need to be shipped, despite still showing as in stock. As a 100% service-connected disabled veteran with mobility limitations, I don't use delivery for convenience, I use it when it's necessary. I have a service dog and multiple cats, and this order (over $250) was meant to cover an entire month of food and supplies. On a fixed disability income, that's not a small purchase. Delivery was estimated at three days. I allowed for standard delays. But by day six, the order hadn't even been picked up by the carrier. I reached out to Petco and went through multiple rounds of emails over several days. Each response was vague, with no real answers and no attempt to resolve the issue, just repeated statements that they would "look into it." No replacement. No escalation. No solution. Ultimately, I had to resolve it myself by canceling the order on April 7. Because of this delay, I had to go back out and purchase additional pet food while still waiting for answers, something I was specifically trying to avoid due to mobility limitations. And now I must wait 10 business days for a refund to go purchase my original items. The refund issued also did not match the full value of the missing items. My request included four items, but Petco's response referenced only three SKUs, leaving part of the order unaccounted for. Petco often promotes its support for veterans. That support was not reflected here. What makes this more frustrating is that it's not an isolated incident. I've experienced similar shipping and fulfillment issues with Petco before. And like many people, I sometimes end up going back, not because the service is reliable, but because options are limited. That's the reality with large corporations, sometimes they're the only choice, and you hope the experience will be different next time. This time, it wasn't. At a minimum, companies that position themselves around service and support should be able to follow through on basic order fulfillment, or take accountability when they don't.
