    My latest subscription/repeat delivery canned food arrived with 5 badly damaged cans. Online it…read moresays go to local store. Friday 22 august I go to cashier Eva and say I'd like to replace the 5 damaged cans. Ok she says. When she tries to sort it on the petco POS system, doesn't work. Manager (julie I think) said store has no access to my online purchases (what would walmart/walgreens/kroger etc etc say about that??) and that if I return without the receipt, after 3x I will be blocked from ever returning again (wow customer friendly?). Eva still could not process the return and replacement. 2nd manager chris tried to help. I brought up my online purchase on my phone - same account name and number for online and store by the by. Chris entered order number, then more problems, more of my time wasted. I'd been at the store for 30 minutes trying to do the return and replacement of damaged items sent to me by petco (of their petco brand whole hearted). I suggested that they give me the 5 replacement cans and do the fiddling with their system afterwards as I had to leave because I had another appointment. Chris said no - that would get him in trouble....that officially means that customers should be inconvenienced rather than an employee get into trouble (for helping a customer)???? Eventually chris and eva got it sorted but did not think I had a right to be upset about spending over 30 minutes at the store. Neither ever said 'sorry you were shipped damaged product', or 'sorry for taking up so much your time', or 'thank you for being a great customer with regular recurring subscriptions for petco branded canned dog food'. Eva then 'disdainfully 2 fingeredly' handed me the receipt as she was turning her back on me. Chris just starred at me. I told eva that was very disrespectful and upset that chris thought her disrespectful attitude was ok. I will email this to petco customer service, and maybe head of marketing, to find out if this is the way they want their regular customers treated. Make of this review as you will, the net is that they don't value customer loyalty, so customers should suit themselves at all times, because being disrespected is not the value that makes me want to spend more money. Many more pet supply stores online and in our community.

She was able to direct us from selecting fish that were non-compatible but would not fit our fish tank. She not helped us but quickly multi-tasked assisting another customer while my granddaughter picked her fish. Peyton displayed non ending patience with our shopping needs but was engaging and friendly. A very pleasurable experience in these trying times. Kudos

    We bought 2 bottom feeder from here after having a well established fish tank of 15 fish. After…read morejust 5 days these 2 bottom feeders contaminated my fish tank with Ick. $50 later, 12 dead fish, multiple trips 30 mins away to try to save my fish and all the Manager of this store wants to do is give me my money back for the 2 bottom feeder, a $5 bottle of treatment I can't use because I have snails, frogs and other cohabits, and will test my water which they offer to everyone...... I have a very upset 3 year old who jus watched his special fish he has had since he was 1.5 years old and picked out himself pass away. This store is a joke!!!!! You will spend $22 for 2 bottom feeders and they will cost you things you can't even replace while they laugh at you because of there crappy products and care!!!! $50 in supplies, $40 in gas, 12 dead fish I still have to replace at $10 each, and still not in the safe zone for the last 5 fish!!!!!! I…read morehave tried many types of dogs beds and I'm so happy to have finally found one that my dog absolutely loves. He used to sleep in my LoveSac beanbag, but when I moved and unfortunately had to sell it, he had a hard time getting comfortable and was getting up frequently at night. He is now always in his cozy bed and sleeping soundly again. The bed is filled with foam which took a few days to fully expand after it was unpacked. After letting it expand, it molds around my dog perfectly making him feel secure and there is still enough cushion left under him so he isn't on the floor. The cover is really soft, durable and can be removed to wash which is a huge plus! I had called the company a couple of times to ask some questions and both times a really nice gentleman answered the phone right away and provided excellent customer service. I could tell they truly value their customers and want to make sure their customers and their pets are happy! My dog pictured is about 52# and I purchased the large size for him.
