I had to take the time to post a review. My family and I are on our way to the airport. I booked MTI last minute and they came ALL THE WAY THROUGH! We live at least an hour from their base but it did not prohibit them from arriving early. They sent a luxury vehicle bigger than what I ordered. The driver was DRESSED for the service. Mr. Willie was straight business! He did not actively engage us in detailed conversation until we broke the ice. I like that because sometimes you don't want to talk when you're traveling with a service. He was extremely hospitable and made a nice connection with my husband. He drove well and provided a safe efficient ride to the airport during commuter traffic. I'm looking forward to using this company again and hopefully seeing Mr. Willie upon request! read more

We hired MTI for a corporate event we were having in Atlanta to transport our guests from the conference to the networking party. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations and created significant challenges for both our guests and event staff. The level of service was unprofessional and quite unacceptable. The issues we encountered included: Buses arriving significantly late, disrupting our event schedule Drivers lacking clear knowledge of routes and destinations Vehicles without functioning air conditioning, leaving guests uncomfortable in the heat Buses in visibly poor and unprofessional condition (see picture which looks like an episode of CSI) Drivers behaving rudely and failing to provide updates or communicate delays when asked A generally disorganized and chaotic transportation experience overall These failures placed undue stress on our team and negatively impacted our attendees. Guests were left feeling uncomfortable, overheated, and frustrated, an outcome that does not align with the standards we expect for our events or from our partners. Due to this we asked for a significant refund for the services provided. But was given about a 15% refund which I thought wasn't aligned given our experience. I couldn't recommend this company, at least for corporate events. read more

Just used MTI this weekend to transport kids and parents to and from an event at GWCC and found the service to be excellent! Egaal in the sales office answered all of my questions and was able to accommodate scheduled changes. He was able to accommodate our group within just days of our arrival. Our drivers, Tyeisha and Quentin, were amazing! They were incredibly responsive to text messages, let me know when they arrived, were thoughtful about where to pick us up and drop us off, and really went above and beyond to accommodate our group! It was an incredible relief knowing that our group had reliable transportation, and seeing those busses waiting for us at the end of the day was such a wonderful sight. MTI is a very reliable shuttle service that I rely on daily to get to and from work everyday. If I need to call them, they are very responsive. There is one special driver named Kareem Small who is the best example of what professional is. He's courteous and very knowledgeable about his job. From my observation, he appears to be the lead driver. MTI seems to rely on him to train all new employees. He drives in a safe and responsible manner. He is very respectful. If he is not a supervisor, he should be. MTI could use more employees of Kareem Small's caliber. read more

While the MARTA Airport Station was closed for renovations April 8-May 19, this shuttle service provided transportation for us Airport employees and travelers via MARTA College Park Station and I throughly enjoyed riding them! read more

Had a corporate charity event on Friday of last week 8/16/24, driver arrived on time, but as the ride went on his choice of radio station was completely inappropriate and LOUD. He couldn't read the room as to decide that he should not be blasting a radio station that was screaming things like "F them Kids". He knew that the end time was fluid, we didn't know exactly what time we were going to be done. We exchanged numbers so that we could keep in contact, but he left the school we were volunteering at and apparently drove 50 miles in another direction. He didn't respond to text or answer his phone when I was attempting to contact him to let him know what the pickup time was. He left me and my colleagues outside for 30 minutes. If you care at all about your trip, don't use this shuttle service. Awfully unprofessional. read more

I had reserved a minibus for my team's transportation to a dinner next week. Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip due to COVID. According to their cancellation policy if you cancel less than 14 days from your trip but more than 7 days then you will be charged 50% of your total trip as a cancellation fee. Obviously I wasn't thrilled to have to pay this but I understand that times are tough for businesses. When I cancelled my event with MTI I gave them 10 days notice. Today I was charged the full 100% of the trip total. This is totally unacceptable. I gave them written notice and verbal notice and they still charged me. What a rip off. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. read more

Horrible Owner I secured MTI to pick up my guests from the hotel and transport them to my wedding location. This was about an hour trip one way. The bus arrived 32 min after the time. Not one person called or updated me ahead of time. When I had my planner reach out they lied about informing me and said there was a maintenance issue. When I called to inform them after my event no one would return my calls or emails. When I finally got the owner on the phone he changed the story and said it was a traffic issue and that wasn't his fault. He was rude dismissive and yelled at me saying that he could only offer me 100 discount. I paid him 8 times that in advance. informed the owner I incurred late fees from 3 different vendors for over 1500 dollars. He had no remorse and I eventually ended the conversation because he was rude and yelling in the phone. YOU make the decision if you want to risk having this disregard for your service and risk your event starting an hour late. I gave them a 1 star because the Bus driver was nice and the person who booked the trip. Stay Away! If I could give zero stars I would. We hired two shuttles for our wedding. The first shuttle was running late, and the second shuttle got a flat tire. I don't think a replacement was ever sent. Many of our guests were forced to take Uber to make it to the ceremony on time. The van they sent at the end of the night was rundown and had no markings on it to indicate it belonged to MTI. For the longest time I thought it belonged to a vendor. About a week after our wedding we were charged an extra $100 and we were never told why. read more

MTI is by far the worst vendor I have ever worked with in the travel/transportation industry. We contracted with them through CharterUp to transport our 21 high school students and 5 chaperones to and from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport. We were coming in from Los Angeles for our nonprofit, first-ever field trip to the American South. While the trip was a resounding success, MTI nearly derailed it all at the start, middle, and end. They were nearly 1.5 hours late for our pickup from ATL, causing us to miss a scheduled event for the students. After finally getting in contact with the driver (her phone was turned off), she told us we were not in the correct spot even though MTI dispatch said we were right where we need to be. Making matters worse, their driver acted as if we screwed up, and we were greeted with rude and negative energy, from a backup driver...the original driver just gave up and never showed. We also had to load and unload all of our own bags on and off the bus. Then, after arriving in Montgomery, AL, our wonderful driver and queen (Miss Venus), asked about her room for the two nights. Never before that moment did anyone from MTI or CharterUp let us know that we were responsible for the driver's hotel room. If we had known, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but we didn't until we did. This caused us to have to book a room that added $500 to our trip costs when we could've planned accordingly and reserved a nice but more inexpensive room for Miss Venus months in advance. Lastly, when we were picked up to head to ATL, the driver clearly had some struggles opening the back luggage door of the bus. When we arrived at ATL, the key to the luggage compartment broke off in the lock. We all stayed calm on our end, but we were met with zero sense of urgency or empathy from both the driver and another MTI employee. During this time, students and chaperones were working to try and pick the lock, call AAA, and exploring solutions, while the MTI employees slothed around, with an energy that made it again seem like we were in the wrong. We barely made our flight. If they hadn't gotten lucky, we would've missed our flight and our nonprofit would've been out thousands of dollars in rebooked plane tickets, hotel rooms, and the cost of our students and chaperones missing school and work. MTI has no clue about customer service, operational efficiency, and just straight up common decency. I implore anyone and everyone to never utilize them as your transportation provider. In a country and city filled with transportation options, MTI should cease to exist. read more

Contacting this place is a waste of your time. I signed a contract with them booking a bus charter and they proceeded to not respond to emails texts and calls. Not until an hour before the booking did I finally get in contact with them, and to no surprise they were "unable to move forward with our reservation". So thankful that they "didn't charge my credit card as to not string me along". They wasted my time and ruined our event transportation. Look elsewhere if you're looking for a bus charter thats not just on paper. read more

This company is an absolute JOKE! They have a contract with Sonesta hotels and both are trash. I bought parking from a third party website that advertised that their shuttle ran 7 days a week from 4:30am-2:30am (the next day). My flight came in a little late and I was at baggage claim trying to pick up my bags and I called Sonesta at 2:17 or 2:21 to make sure that I was going the correct way because I didn't want to miss the shuttle. The lady at the front desk informed me that the shuttle stopped at 2:00am. Ummm that's not what YOUR website says. I asked her how am I supposed to get to my car? She told me that I would have to find another way to my car. Excuse me??? Wth??? So I had to pay Lyft $20.82 to get to my car. I called MTI to get a refund and I have been calling and emailing about my issue for weeks now!!! Nobody will take responsibility for not providing the accurate details for YOUR shuttle. Your drivers stopped working before 2:30am and I was abandoned at the hotel!!!! I want my money back!!! Stay away!!!! TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH!!! read more

Wedding horror story: looked forward to doing business with MTI after having many rides with them with my previous employer who hired them often for shuttle services. We contracted MTI to provide a ~60 person bus to take our passengers from the hotel and an SUV as a getaway vehicle to transport the bride and groom during the send off at the end of the night. From the time we went into contract the services being provided were difficult to coordinate and made me nervous. The original salesperson "E.B." left the company and I was left in the dark with no communication. After sending 3-4 emails to her and the sales team, I finally called and learned that she had left the company. At this point it was weeks prior to the wedding and I was trying to finalize details of the itinerary as well as make my payment. I began speaking with a new sales person "D.H." who was helpful and processed my payment and claimed that she had passed my itinerary on to the dispatcher and driver for both the bus and the car.   A day prior to the wedding we received an automated message with the phone number of both drivers, I expected to hear something from MTI to confirm so I finally called the bus driver on the wedding day, while trying to get ready. He was on site (thank god), but had not received the itinerary or had any knowledge of our trip plans (several trips back and forth from the venue and the hotel for bridal party, groomsman, guests, return trip). I was able to communicate this to him quickly before we needed to get rolling for the first trip.   The bus driver was  efficient, timely, friendly and a great driver, he was tipped accordingly. I can't say the same for the other services (both MTI office as well as the getaway car). As the night went on, our wedding coordinator tried to get in touch with the getaway car driver and got limited contact and segmented messages saying on the way and "x minutes out." at 10:30 it was time to stage for the send off and no getaway car arrived. Our guests started boarding the bus while we stood there in embarrassment. By 11:30 the getaway car still never showed up to our venue and luckily one of our friends who had their car was able to give us a ride.   We went with MTI and elected to have these services for the safety of us, our guests while consuming alcohol. We also wanted a professional appearance and well coordinated look and feel to our wedding. Because of this mishap, we were left with embarrassment, stress, anxiety and frustration on our wedding night. The next morning I sent an email advising of what had happened to "D.H." she responded as if she had ignored any of the negative aspect of my email. I corrected this miscommunication and she called me, ensuring me that leadership would be involved right away, they would be contacting me and I would be compensated for this disaster. I have since sent at least 12 follow up emails, made phone calls, attempted to get ahold of the CEO Mike Toye and I continue to email (now one month later with no luck. This company should be reported to the better business bureau for fraud, as they still have my money and didn't render the service. I have advised my bank of this as well.   MTI if you are reading this, you must please help us resolve this issues. This needs to be exposed to the public. read more

Horrible company do not use them!!!! Our terrible limo driver never showed up for our wedding send off and had us in a panic!!!! Never answered the phone after we called hundreds of times!!!! We called the company and the manager and no one called us back. No explanation or apology!!! The driver needs to be fired. Do not use this company as they cannot be depended on and don't care about you!!!! Save yourself from panic and stress and never use this company especially on your wedding day!! Horrible service. We wanted to book them for our wedding per a recommendations. We did so online and everything seemed like it was set. When we emailed MTI to give them our wedding coordinator's contact information, they decided to charge us for an extra hour in addition to their minimum time of 2 hours (which is always we needed) JUST because it was for a wedding. When I asked Felicia to cancel my order she said "fine" and hung up with no confirmation of said cancellation. If this is how the treat their prospective customers, I can't imagine how horribly they would treat you once you give them money. read more

MTI Limo and Shuttle Services are the best! My son had to go to Winship Cancer Center Monday through Friday for six weeks. We were staying at the Ronald McDonald House during this time. The MTI Shuttle service to and from the RMH and Winship was such a blessing. That part of Atlanta is very congested with traffic and it was so nice to be able to leave our car parked and use this service rather than add to the stress of my son's medical issues. In six weeks time we had three drivers rotating through. Each was courteous, uniformed, and very professional. While their driving made us feel safe, they also were encouraging to us, showing compassion for my sick son. I can't rate them high enough. Their services were so needed and they fulfilled this need with precision and care. Thank you, MTI! read more

I had quality interactions with booking and billing however our driver was not professional. By the time he realized he had misunderstood / misread the contract outlining the time for which he was booked, he had already gotten grumpy with members of my family. Ultimately he performed the duties for which he was hired but I would certainly book elsewhere in the future in an effort to avoid issues such as this. read more

Dont use MTI Limo. We used this company on Aug 8 for a funeral and the service was terrible. Here is what went wrong: 1) The Limo driver got lost when trying to find the pickup point in Lithonia, GA, and was 25 minutes late arriving. Dispatch had assurred us the day before that we did not need to give them directions, and that they could "find any location in the world" 2) The driver did not listen to us in giving directions to the drop off point (the church where the funeral was being held). One of our family members had to lead him to the point. We arrived at the Funeral 25 minutes later than expected. 3) We had to instruct the driver how to get back to I-20. This is not hard to figure out as it was only 2 turns from the church -- MLK blvd to Fulton Industrial, and go 2 block to the I-20 entrance ramp. 4) Some of the amenities in the limo did not work properly, including the intercom phone and the controls for the air conditions. We would have been better off driver there ourselves. read more

We use MTI Buses almost exclusively for my business. We have used them almost weekly this summer. The drivers are always nice and courteous. The bus is always on time, and normally early. We have enjoyed working with these guys and give them the highest recommendation. read more

I was looking for limo services in Atlanta and a friend recommended MTI. I would see their shuttles regularly near my work so I decided to go with them. They were great! MTI was very accommodating, professional, and on time. I used MTI for a trip to the airport and it was actually nice not having to drive in that Atlanta traffic. Just used MTI for my Son's wedding and their service was truly incredible! We were transporting guests from the motel to the venue and back. Everything ran just perfectly. This is clearly the worst company I have ever used in my entire 40 year business career. I tried to book a limo with them for a next day pick up and they demanded that I (1) pay in advance, (2) sign and fax documents to them from my home. Most other reputable limos take reservations over the phone and signature by the driver. Then the driver showed up 1/2 hour earlier and was pacing outside, even though I was not ready to leave for the airport. Nevertheless I set up a pick up for my return from overseas two weeks later and was harangued by one of their office staff to sign a document and send it back to them to guarantee the reservation - which was impossible to do from overseas. So I canceled the reservation and made one instead with another firm. Then they showed up anyway and had the audacity to try to bill me for a service I didn't use! As if ---- thank goodness for American Express. NEVER use this firm unless you like poor accouting and billing customer service, higher rates, and horrid communications. read more

I personally called the same guy with the African accent and he told me "I talked too much" and hung up in my face!!! Do you have any idea how I was feeling??? To make matters worse the driver had NO GPS! What driver has no GPS??? These drives said that you guys gave them NO information for my wedding plans. We got lost 2 times, and the driver drove well over the speed limit trying to catch up with the 1st bus. I spoke with you Mrs.Poole, on 2 separate occasions to email over a list for the driver to only allow specific passengers on the bus, you guys were supposed to relay all wedding information to them and to give them my planner direct contact number. Of course, that did not happen. I have recordings on my phone from your 1st driver at 10:30pm saying he was pulled to the side because he did not know how to get to the yacht. Please inform me on why he was calling me and not my planner? My planner would have escorted him right in. Your company dropped the ball from the start, had I been made aware of the issues with the bus I paid for, I would have used another company and you guys would have had to return my money. How do you RUIN a wedding and not get not 1 phone call to apologize or follow up with your customer? I am very disappointed. Let me also make you aware of the amount of money that I lost. I lost over 2 hours of my scheduled and paid for time with multiple venders Yacht & Driver 2 Bartenders DJ Caterer Photographers My food was cold because it was out waiting on people, I lost out on my wedding toast, my wedding speech, including so much more. All due to the terrible bus service, which cost me time and money and wedding memories. Mrs. Poole, I had a little over 1 hour left on the yacht upon arrival to try and rush through a 1st dance, eating dinner, cutting my cake and not much more. After all of this confusion, your driver got us lost again leaving the lake. By now all of my guest are fussing asking me what kind of people did I hire? When my guest unloaded, you saw people running trying to find a restroom, had I received the bus I paid for, this would not be an issue. I was ashamed, embarrassed, and unhappy. Your company stole a day from me that they can never replace!!! You have no idea the countless emails, phone calls and letters I have received in regards to support on me taking your company to court. read more

I booked a limo for prom and the reservation process was easy. They contacted me twice because I forgot to call back and provide pickup or drop off directions. The driver arrived early and interacted with the dads while the photo session was going on. The interior of the limo was beautiful and very clean. The kids reported no concerns. I will definitely use their service again. read more
