Our previous transportation provider recently shut down so I looked to Yelp to obtain some quotes for a trip we had upcoming. Moe Khan and his communications were phenomenal. He provided us with a quote, followed up (but not in an annoying way) and ensured that we would not be let down if we made the decision to go with them. Pricing was very fair/reasonable but the customer service is what made us to decide to go with this company. All of our interactions with them felt personal and not just another transaction. I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience. Typically I do not like to talk when I am riding but we conversed the entire ride and it was truly enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the amenities offered were great (waters, gum, mints). The ride to the airport was quite enjoyable. Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area. He arrived a few short minutes after we walked out of the door so we had minimal wait time. The drive home was pleasant as well. Again a nice clean vehicle and smooth ride (after our trip I was tired so the talking was minimal). Overall...great communication, excellent customer service, wonderful vehicles and superb drivers. Booked a Lincoln Town car, the driver showed up a little late (due to traffic) in a Fusion limo. Initially I was a bit disappointed, but the driver was excellent and the car was clean and well appointed and on reflection a town car isn't that special anyway and the Fusion is probably it's modern equivalent. The remainder of the experience was great, the driver got us to dinner on time and picked us up on time, had it not been for the feeling of being stitched up on the price I would have given them 5 stars. Unless you're booking them for a number of hours make sure that they really can do the price they quote for the journey you asked for.

This cab company is not worthy of the name "Owl," which it was given to associate itself with KSU. If a small discount is worth your safety, be their guest, but remember: I warned you. UPDATED: an owl cab just pulled up to a bar sans passenger with the van's stereo so loud, that it was vibrating the tables on the patio.
