So not only do you get good beer and food, but you get to see a movie prop that I think is pretty cool. The staff here is also very kind and super cool to talk to. One final thing I liked about this pub is the location. It's far enough removed from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas to feel somewhat more cozy. Grab a seat, head to bar to order and sit back for a fun night until closing. Weekends you will be treated to love music and if Oasis, Robbie Williams or Cranberries then be prepared to sing out loud and proud. The bartenders and staff are super friendly. The regulars are fun and friendly. They also have games you can play at your table. Super clean restrooms in the back. You can also eat upstairs (or the bar area). Fabulous that they have live music every night. We ended up going 3 times. Ate there 2 of the times. Fish and chips decent. Burgers delicious as well as the chips! We had to order food at bar area and they would bring the food to the table. Extremely busy most nights. My son who has food allergies wanted to eat there. They were amazing! The GM, Will was super friendly, answered all my concerns and put my mind at ease that it would be ok to eat there. They had an allergy menu we could look at. The manager was so friendly and was working really hard to bus the tables. I talked to him before we left to tell him how much we appreciated everything. I would definitely go back more! We enjoyed seeing the variety of people there as well, including kids with their grandmothers, young couples, London residents, and tourists. This place is located near Bank Station and is in a grand building with other restaurants all in this large open space. But even with that, the experience still felt elegant and intimate. The staff was lovely and our main server was super cheerful and bubbly. He described all the sandwiches and desserts in great detail and even gave us a little history on them as well as his own personal faves. The tea selection was great, with ~10 teas to choose from. The food was DELICIOUS. We had second servings on all the sandwiches and as we were too full to finish our desserts, the staff helped us pack them up to go for later. This is a phenomenal choice for a high tea in London for both the food, ambiance and location.

Bonus points for the Clerkenwell neighborhood itself--centrally located, a short walk to buses (very useful during tube strikes) that get you directly to most city attractions as well as the Farringdon tube station which gives you Elizabeth Line (tube strike immune!) access to Heathrow and other key locations. The staff was very accommodating, allowing me to both store my luggage early and check out late. The pub itself is also historic looking and maintains the posh canine art theme. Lodging guests get 10% off all food and drinks. Also when I ordered a half pint and the server accidentally poured a full one, she comped me the other half instead of diminishing the draught.
