I would not recommend using this process service for the following reasons:…read more The papers (for a divorce) I sent them for service included a picture of the person to be served ("servicee") The servicee complained that the person who served her spent 10 minutes hitting on her and telling her that she looked better than her picture. When I complained, the manager or owner just flatly denied it. (I argued that if untrue how did the servicee know the process server even had a picture of her.) It took about 10 days for them to return the paperwork (they were busy) and the picture was not included. When I requested the picture, I was told by Tony that because the picture was deemed "sensitive," it was unilaterally shredded. (They could have and should have called to enquire whether or not I wanted the picture returned.) IN MY OPINION, they are very unprofessional, incompetent, and uncaring. NEVER again would I use their services.

For example, if you need them to read over some documents for you, they tell you that it takes up to 3 business days. The lawyer waits until the 3rd business day before they review your document(s). Another example, the lawyers can write a letter for you, which is no charge, but no lawyer will do that at this law firm. The lawyers at this firm can pick and choose if they want to take your case or not, even if you're a LegalShield member paying for their services or if these is part of your benefits provided by your employer. The lawyers don't care and would rather deny paying clients access to the legal services that they pay for. This law firm has lost some great lawyers, which have been replaced with lawyers that don't care and would rather not assist you. This law firm has lost sight of Harlan Stonecipher's vision for the company. I'm sure he's rolling over in his grave with the way the company he founded is doing to clients.
