    This is the area at BWI to catch the bus (see my review).  We took it to Gaithersburg yet it makes other stops before reaching the G-burg.

    This service is an efficient, inexpensive way to get from upper Montgomery County to BWI. This is our third time using the MTA Route 201 bus that travels the ICC to get to BWI and other areas. For us we were traveling from Gaithersburg to BWI for a flight and the bus was: 1. On time 2. Comfortable 3. Cheap ($5 CASH only each way) I posted a photo here on Yelp as we were unsure of which area to wait (while we were at BWI) to catch the bus. It comes every hour but we didn't want to miss it and then have to wait another hour. To pick up the bus, go outside the baggage claim area (we were on Southwest and headed out door #18), cross the street, head left, and it is almost near the end of the waiting area, near the sign that says Regional Bus Stop #1. See the photo I posted. This is one place to catch the shuttle and there was one more area that the bus picks up riders from BWI that we saw after we boarded.

    What is the age for senior discount ticket on ICC connector bus to BWI airport?

    62, but the drivers rarely ask for proof of age.

    Do they accept credit?

    Yes. They do take credit card. I used samsung pay with my smart phone to pay once.

    Where does it let you out at the airport?

    It only makes two stops: Southwest Airlines Terminal and the International Terminal. And a third at the MARC/AMTRAK Station off the airport property.

    Do they pick passengers up at Georgia Avenue after 9 pm? Because on the paper I got at Shady Grove it says they only dispense passengers. If anyone has any idea please help me out. Thank you.

    There's no reason to pick up passengers from the park and ride after 9 pm because there aren't any planes arriving or departing after that late hour.

    I called the number listed: 301-688-6311, and after 45 rings, a lady answered. I asked her for the…read morethe name they used for the general data gathering centers around the United States. I later found out they are called "Fusion Centers". She said their agency had nothing to do with them and then abruptly hung up on me. What she told me was patently untrue based on the information about the centers posted right on their website. I will follow up with whomever they are accountable to, if anyone. I'm so sick of government agencies, NSA or not, not treating American Citizens (who pay their high salaries) as customers, instead of bothersome people wasting their bureacratic time. They don't get it, nor understand where they fall in the pecking order of things. We The People are their bosses. In order to get someone to talk to me I had to call The White House switchboard and have them transfer me through. The lady that had hung up on me 3 times before now answered in just 2 rings instead of 45, but when asked to speak with her supervisor, claimed she didn't have one. No accountability equals the poor customer service I received. Instead, not allowing me to speak to consumer affairs, she transferred me to an equally rude person in security who would not identify herself either, who also refused to answer my simple question, or tranfer me to public affairs. All she would say is look at our website for consumer affairs.
