The reason why I gave this only three stars was because the arrangements smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, which I can only assume is from the delivery service. I called immediately to the shop with no return call. I was embarrassed to have such a mess at my sister's funeral this should not be. Two different arrangements were ordered from this company with both looking unprofessional and not as pictured. I understand flower substitutions but these didn't even have as many flowers as shown in the pictures. People coming through the receiving lines couldn't believe how bad the flower arrangements looked. This was an embarrassment to my family(shame on you especially during this time of a family's greif). Do yourself a favor and don't order from them you will be disappointed.

Also the arrangement arrived just as the service was to begin so it couldn't be viewed in advance to reach out to the florist. I did send an unanswered email and also informed the funeral home- they are going to take them off their recommended florist list - I'm so upset with this florist. Also my aunt and uncle from Virginia ordered through the site and their arrangement was also poor quality definitely not worth what they paid for it. It's hard enough to loose a loved one to have to deal with this heart breaking disappointment as well.
