Twigs and Twine did such an amazing job on arrangements for my grandmother's memorial, I would…read morerecommend them to anyone and would give them many more stars if I could. I arrived in town only two days ahead of the of the memorial with very little idea as to what exactly I wanted when it came to the flowers. The ladies at the shop were very friendly and took the time to help me figure out exactly what I would like. They had book on hand of examples of their previous work for me to flip through, and then helped me work out the colors and styles of arrangements I was wanting. I was even able to bring my own vases for them to arrange the flowers into (plus some very non-traditional vessels), and they arranged delivery for everything - all at a very reasonable price. The arrangements turned out wonderfully, I could not have been happier with the results. The house smelled fantastic, and the lovely fall colors and jewel tones were beautiful. All of the pieces were cohesive and skillfully designed. The memorial would not have been the same without their beautiful work. Flowers aside, the women at the shop were so endlessly kind and accommodating. I was fully expecting to be turned down since they were busy and I gave them such short notice, but they went out of their way to take care of everything, going as far as to give me a personal cell phone number in case I needed anything after hours. I cannot express enough gratitude to Twigs and Twine, they really treated me like family and brought a lot of joy to our memorial weekend. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can't tell you how angry and disappointed I am right now after dealing with "Tammy" from this…read moreflorist. I sent my mother flowers for her birthday, and not only is it almost 2 hours past the guaranteed delivery time and they're still not there-she called me to tell me she'd been "driving around for almost 2 hours because she couldn't find the house from her GPS. That in and of itself doesn't warrant a 1 star review though. What turns this into a 1 star review is how unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional this woman was to me on the phone. I had my mother call this woman back to give "Tammy" directions to the house, and not 5 minutes later my poor mom calls me back to tell me that the woman had been really ugly to her on the phone too! This was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mother on her birthday-but it's now been practically ruined by this woman's bizarre behavior. I will NEVER use this florist ever again, and if you expect even the most basic customer service experience-you won't either.
