I received the most beautiful flower basket for my birthday. It featured vibrant happy colors using a mixture of potted plants. Whitfield's designs are always inspired and unique. The plants continue to bloom and bring joy even almost two months after deliver - extending my enjoyment. I highly recommend Whitfields for anyone seeking floral arrangements that are beautiful, lasting and out of the ordinary. read more

awesome beautiful flowers they couldn't have been and prettier easy to work with and even sent me a picture of the flowers

I had to order sympathy flowers for a co-worker and being that I'm out-of-state, I relied on Yelp to guide me to a good florist. I chose Whitfield's, went to their website and saw some very pretty arrangements, not the usual stuff that you see on every website, and the price was even better than most. I ordered online and the process couldn't have been easier. I received a confirmation email for my order, and even received a confirmation once the delivery was made. My co-worker was very happy with the arrangement and that's the most important part. read more

Whitfield's has always been my "go to" for floral arrangements for my wife (or other needs, such as holidays, memorials, funerals, etc). They have always provided beautiful, fresh arrangements. Typically, I order lilies; stargazers specifically. The most recent order was a mixed bouquet of lilies. They did not disappoint! This is a great local business. Keep up the good work! read more

There was a recent miscommunication with my flower order and the owner made me feel like it was all my fault. It was my fault that I wanted to save a little money, my fault that when I called back I didn't talk to her, my fault that it was the wrong band from what she originally told me and no one clarified. She did not take any responsibility and I have not been made to feel this way in a long time. What should have happened was "ma'am I am so sorry for this miscommunication-and that we did not tell you what you were getting for the lower price and how it would all be changed". She offered to re do them but I would have to come back in an hour. Overall, the exchange was all the customers fault (mine) and they were sure to let me know without resolve. Extremely defensive. They definitely need customer service training for how to diffuse situations and even an apology would have been nice. The owner was very caddy and unkind. read more

Purchased an FTD Wondrous Nature Bouquet on their website. I even upgraded to Deluxe. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner but the arrangement was hideous. Upon calling to express my dissatisfaction, instead of being meet with an apology or trying to see my point of view, the manager immediately defended it with "well you ordered deluxe so you got more flowers and we have to make it look that way" She went on to say that from now on maybe I need to let them do their art and make an arrangement the way they want rather than order one from the website from the FTD collection. She further scolded me because I ordered on such a short notice and tried to place more blame as that being the reason they couldn't make the arrangement look better. Additionally, she had to make a point to say they didn't have the right flowers in stock. To me all I Got was excuse after excuse rather than a proper apology or acknowledgment that it was even a shotty job! I will not be ordering from them ever again and I caution anyone else that may consider it. Especially if you prefer the FTD bouquets OR you need flowers on a short notice! read more

I recently received a beautiful flower arrangement from Whitfield's and although I wasn't home at the time of the delivery, I received a call from Whitfield's letting me know that they had delivered to my house and exactly where they left the flowers. The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were so fresh they stayed blooming over a full week! read more

Sending flowers from out of state. Wasn't delivered the day it said in order and was just dropped off at a neighbors

I've always used Whitfield's for any flower needs I've had. I recently had a wedding, and they made the most absolutely beautiful flower arrangements for me, guided by my visions that I had shared with them back when I was planning. They did an amazing job, and I was so sad to see the flowers wilt! The floral arrangements were so fragrant, I could smell them every time I walked past them on my wedding day! read more

Had flowers sent to my wife who was in Hickory over Mother's Day due to a family emergency. Jeri was as pleasant and accommodating as she could have been. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL - fresh and full and fragrant - and at a very reasonable price. I needed them delivered early in the day, which they were able to manage on what is likely among the busiest 2 or 3 flower days of the year. They made my wife and her mom very happy! Major props to Whitfield's. With family in the area, I expect there will be more opportunities to send flowers. I will not use anyone else. read more

They promised same day delivery. I gave the address and my order and paid. They didn't make the delivery, and instead sent me an email asking for more money (on top of a delivery charge I had already paid). They said they tried to call, but I have a cell phone, with no messages (and I use AT&T) and they claim they got a busy signal... That's kind of impossible with having a cell phone with call waiting and voicemail for if they couldn't get through. Because they asked for more money instead of trying to make it right, they are more of a scam than anything. Save your money, go somewhere else. read more

Stunning! Loved that you listened to what I wanted and created a masterpiece. Best experience I've ever had ordering flowers! Thank you!
