Great store, friendly staff including the sales team. Store has great sales on merchendise and parts so look at every shelves/rack it's worth your time, trust me. I drive from Los Angeles every 2 to 3 months on my way to Canada and I always stop at this location because I know I'll have a great conversation with someone and I'll always also find some deal on something. Know that on the I-5 I pass nearly 100 Harley stores from California, Oregon and in Washington and this store is my favorite spot. Not an especially good H-D shop. This location is strictly for tourists to purchase clothing, mugs or jewelry. Sadly there was not much clothing to chose from, even though I liked their logo. The sales person said, "We were hit especially hard for medium, large and XL. We don't have much to chose from." Wow! That only leaves smalls. I think management should re-evaluate their ordering policies and stock. If you are basically there to sell clothes and you don't have anything in stock, it's hard to buy anything. EXPENSIVE!!!! Even for a Harley-branded clothing store, their prices were VERY high. Plus, the little cupcake at the counter was too lazy to fill out the simple paperwork so Oregon buyers can avoid paying the sales tax. I would have given them one star except that they had a large selection of T-shirts and that's what I was looking for. It's the only outlet I know of in the area that sells licensed HD clothing. Monopolies are like that... lazy, disinterested employees and management that's more about greed that building relationships. read more

Was just here and we were looking at the shirts. We folded them and put them away but your bitchy sales Associate told us not to fold/unfold the shirts. We walked out of there without purchasing because she didn't want to do her job and fold the shirts once we were done looking through it. read more

Awesome place to buy some Harley merchandise. We came here and scores some 12th man Harley cap for Seattle and we got some other tees and caps. Neaner and McKenzie were super cool and helpful while we were shopping around. I'm tempted to comeback and buy the Harley they have on display but then would have to ship it back to Vegas... ugh read more

This is the smallest Harley-Davidson store I've ever been in but they had a decent selection of women's shirts and long sleeves, and some cute styles for men as well. Also sell trinkets like shot glasses and poker chips. read more

Came here so my friend could buy poker chips and a shirt since he is from TN. Super disappointed. They only sale very minimal designs for the t-shirts. Plus all the prices are way higher then a normal dealer. Poker chip prices were double here too. I get we are close to pikes place but that is really just sad. Won't be back nor will I recommend anyone else go here. Go to a real dealer instead of a place just trying to sell the name for a buck. read more

Nice location to get another Harley shirt for my collection. They are a merchandise only store, which means no motorcycles. They have a motorcycle in the store but you are not allowed to sit on it so I can not count that as a true motorcycle. Like all Harley places the prices are steep, $32 for a T-shirt, ouch! But I ride a Harley and I find myself at every Harley shop of a new city. The customer service is great. There when you need it and they leave you alone to browse if you do not want their help. Very nice collection of custom shirts for this area. That is my favorite part of these shops, every store has such a unique T-shirt collection. The location of this shop is very nice too, right next to The Harbor Steps which have beautiful Cherry blossom trees and a nice waterfall. Place is quite small. Which is understandable, since this is not a dealership. The staff was friendly. Fewer choices than a large dealership, but have more than enough items to fulfill your needs if you want to purchase some souvenirs. I am actually horrified by the actions of a worker at this store. I walked in with my friend that was wanting to buy a shirt as a gift for a friend. We immediately were followed around by a female employee. I work retail I know the loss prevention tactics. Follow the customer around to make them uncomfortable so they don't steal. As she was watching us I put my hand in my pocket to pull out my phone. And she came right up to my friend and I and asked us if we had just stole something and put it in my pocket. She then made me pull the contents out of my pocket before I left the store. How unprofessional and honestly disgusting. I don't know why I was profiled, I am truly disappointed and shame on the girl working there. Just because someone puts their hand in their pocket to PULL OUT THEIR PHONE does not mean they are dishonest and stealing your product. read more

This store is absolutely fantastic! I'm in from out of town visiting. Tonight I needed to pick up my last gift for my family member back home. We ended up getting stuck in traffic and I called the store to let them know I was coming and I would be there soon but it would be close to closing time. The employee told me she would give me a few extra minutes since it was so close. I had to get out of the car and ended up running to the store because it was faster. I had to call her back for directions because I don't know the city or where I was going. Again she was so fantastic. I made it with 2 minutes to spare. She was so patient with me and extremely helpful. I ended up buying more than I came for. I truly appreciate the above and beyond customer service your employee provided!
