I did request no oil in the mussels though as they use a blend of canola and olive oil and in the sea bass but not on the steaks, it's butter. Today it was actually not as good as usual, a bit more medium rather than medium rare, and the ribs were dry on the outer half. However, still a completely filling and enjoyable meal all things considered. Pro-tip: put the last bits of your Cactus Blossom in a bun with both butter and sauce for a treat that is much more unhealthy and delicious than you bargained for. I figured they were still working out the kinks as a new restaurant, so I gave them another try.
