march 28, 2026 -- buyer beware!!! alpine heat pumps does not stand behind the products they sell…read more 18 months after purchase, major components failure of the compressor and inverter pcb board. best they could do was, we could get out there in maybe 2 weeks, why don't you try calling.....maybe they can help. alpine's representative had the nerve after it was diagnosed by another company as a known c464 failure problem with samsung to say, "well every now and then you get a bad one, but the parts are covered!" 18 months and a major failure, and we're supposed to come up with another $1,500 to $2,000 for labor and freon. so, they don't service what they sell, moreover, don't stand behind the product they recommended. not to mention that as part of mass save had to have our furnace disconnected and we are stll without heat (april 7) in half the house...tonights low expected to be 25 degrees! going on a week and half of 50% heat, not expected to maybe be repaired on the 14th. they were responsive in taking my $28,000 for the system, and now they will not respond! poor customer service! they take your money and move on! shop elsewhere, and go with company that actually services what they sell and stands behind the products they sell. oh, and they no longer sell samsung....no suprise. only 1 star, because can't give zero.

To hear the options and them explain that they can do either but wanted us to understand that it eventually would be best to replace and it's not much of a price difference to replace it versus repairing it. Overall, this plumber went above and beyond and came the next day. They gave notice before they arrived as i had requested. They were professional and respectful. Their prices were reasonable and fair and their work was more than sufficient. If you need a plumber, I recommend Green River Plumbing. Get your pipes fixed right at a good price. And never forget, every company is always learning. This company is not afraid to learn. As a customer and new business owner, i was able to assist them to send me their first invoice using Square. While I had no service contract with anyone, I called Appolo since my daughter has had good luck with them. As it was off hours, the answering service told me I should receive a call back within 15 minutes, which I did. The tech explained to me that off hours charges are higher and that he had two calls to handle before getting to me. He called a few hours later to tell me he was on his way to me and arrived shortly after that. He was considerate and listened to me explain the troubleshooting steps I had already taken and was able to diagnose and correct the problem in short order. I also took his suggestion and signed up for a service contract, which lowered toe cost of that day's service call. I had a question on the invoice so I called the Appolo office the following Monday and found the staff very helpful and considerate as well.

They call Friday to confirm, I take off work Monday and they never show. I call them Tuesday and they say they called to cancel Monday AM . I ask to repeat my number and they say area code is 847? They are just full of crap. They have my address they have already called and they won't come complete a service. I ask for a refund as they fail to complete any service on a service agreement they made me sign up for before they came around without an option on the type of coverage I wanted. Now they won't refund my and we are 7 weeks to the holidays. As per the review above these are just cowboys, nothing but crooks over charge and do nothing for the money . 100% disgrace to the industry
