This is a hidden gem to view all sorts of aircraft come by. I love this place. If you go at the right time you'll get to see alot of activity going on. This place can be slow like any other place. But highly recommended to take children here as one night i was the and the UPS 757 cargo came by and they waved back to my daughter! It made her so excited. Aircrafts that usually comes by are the normal ones: Airbus, Boeing, MDs, Lockheed Martin.

I personally think this store and services are great. They've had every tool that I've wanted to…read morerent on time been flexible about return times the customer service is friendly they're happy to describe what the tools do and what the best case scenario with them would be. All around can't be mad at that and appreciate the business.

I don't rent very often and when I do it is usually a truck for moving. I was in between…read moreapartments and had to rent a truck twice, once to move from apartment to storage and another time to move from storage to apartment...You get the idea. My first experience here was really easy, the truck was $39.99 + Tax and suited all my needs. There was some confusion over my method of payment, they authorize a card for $250 for deposit then you get charged after the rental is returned for whatever the cost is plus mileage, gas, etc. The $250 then gets put back on your card, well in my case they accidentally charged my card, luckily they were able to refund it and there was really no harm done. My second experience was just as easy, I asked for the same thing I had a month ago and there was no questions asked. Once I payed I notice the rate is suddenly $49.99 + Tax. There is no price listing I can find on the web site and when I asked about the change I was told they just moved their rates on the 1st of the month. Seemed a little fishy to me especially since it was May 1st and I was specific in asking for the same thing I just had less than 30 days ago. I would think at the time i was filling out paper work before actually renting the truck someone would have mentioned, "Hey, by the way our rates changed starting this month and it is different from your last rental". I didn't really feel valued as a customer who came back twice in a month to rent equipment and was a little upset I wasn't informed about the change in price. I guess I will stick to my normal process for renting when I need to...Cheapest Option Wins.

I was wondering why he said that till I tried the spark plug and my engine wouldn't fire. Did some simple research and found that the plug he sold me was for a 2 cycle chainsaw type engine..NOT for a toro 2 cycle snow blower. Don't trust them if they can't get that simple part correct.

It's fun to hang around and see how they are helpful for a person who knows nothing about anything mechanical, asking to get something repaired. Most of them want to learn and they listen to what the mechanic says. There is some cordial back and forth between the customer and the mechanic and the customer either gets it fixed or they don't. THEN, you have the hot short who comes in and wants something repaired, and he knows all about everything. Right off the bat he wants to argue with the mechanic and say that some other place told him there was a different problem. The mechanic gets fed up and asks why he didn't get it fixed with the other guy, but the hotshot said he didn't trust him. Mechanic just walks away and goes back to work. I would do the same thing, the guy is trouble no one needs. THEN you see the one who starts to complain about the hourly charge before the repair ticket is even filled out!! Well what did you expect, to get it for free. Or they EXPECT a discount for some reason or other. Well, you can ASK for one but no one OWES you one!! The problem here is not Cedar Small Engine ,but the customers with an attitude that the whole world should stop because THEY have a problem and should move to the head of the line. The arrow never points at themselves but everyone else. You always get back what you give So in ending I just want to give credit to the folks at Cedar because they have to put up with a lot of theses people and if you happen to be one of those that figure someone should bow down and give in to your whims, well don't go there. Cedar does great work and always has. If you maintain and clean your mower or whatever you have properly, you wouldn't hive to have any major repairs in the first place. Some TYL and an oil can makes a big difference.

Mark has been our go-to appliance repair guy for about 15 years. About 10 years ago, our washing machine bit the dust. Mark helped us locate a refurbished older washing machine and installed it. We wanted something built during the era when appliances were meant to be fixed, unlike what's available now. It has worked perfectly for a decade. Recently it wouldn't spin, so I gave Mark a call. He answered on the first ring, and was at my house a couple of hours later. He had the necessary part on his truck and fixed the machine on the spot. It took him maybe 30 minutes, and our machine is up and running. The machine runs really quietly now, and we've already done a load of laundry. We had been waiting nearly a week for Home Service Plus to come out to look at our washer, and they canceled on us last minute today. I should have known to go with Big John's from the start! I'm so glad my old mechanical machine can keep humming along, and I don't have to buy some ridiculous electronic nightmare with circuit boards and a locking lid. Simple is best, and I hope Big John's is around for a long time to come, to keep my good old appliances running. Thanks, Mark!
