At my 3-month appointment, I expressed concerns because I didn't see any improvement. I was told to wait until my 6-month follow-up, which took place on October 25, 2025. During that appointment, the doctor agreed that there had been no change. Instead of discussing a revision, he discouraged it and tried to push a tummy tuck at his private practice. I later spoke with Yaritza about receiving a full refund, and she said she would need approval from her District Supervisor, Erin Petty. A week went by with no update, so I called back and was informed that I could not get a refund!! I requested Erin's email. I emailed her and several others on November 5, 2025 and I still have not received a response. I've reached out to Yaritza three times since then, and she has not replied either. This company pressures you into getting the procedure, promises results, and then completely fails to deliver. They think it's acceptable to keep your $10,000 without addressing the harm that was caused or the fact that the procedure produced no results at all. I will not rest until this issue is rectified!! Management does a solid job of "honoring" their clients by granting at least 1-2 sessions to help regain loyalty, which I think is a fair approach--they also have a business to run. One of my favorite aspects of this studio is how clean and welcoming it always feels. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive. There was a time when an "overly involved" teammate was hired, and that annoyed me, which led me to stop coming for a while. However, I recently returned and was greeted by a new team member whose approach was helpful without being overwhelming or pushy. I loved that organic balance, so will be retuning in the new year.

A staff member, who I strongly suspect had little to no experience, administered tear trough filler after talking me into it. The results were immediately wrong. I asked for it to be dissolved right away. What followed was weeks of runaround. They had me return every two weeks, and with each visit their attitude worsened, especially once I declined their repeated pressure to purchase additional services. I came in wanting a small, natural result. They saw a revenue opportunity. After multiple attempts, they were unable to fully dissolve the filler. I am now seeking treatment from a licensed dermatologist to fix what they could not. The practice is run by someone with no medical credentials, not a physician, not a nurse practitioner, not an aesthetician with any verifiable expertise. The medical authority here appears to be a nurse who seemed undertrained for the procedures being performed. A medical spa performing injectables should be overseen by a licensed physician on site. This one is not. If something goes wrong, and it did for me, there is no qualified person there to fix it. Avoid this place. The consequences can be permanent.

I'll be honest, I had my eyes closed for pretty much all of this session, but I'm pretty sure that if I had opened them, I would have witnessed some wicked witchcraft going on. She's got some magic hands that transported me to another dimension! I was so relaxed throughout the duration of this session, I was a little worried that my heart would just stop! She was like a black belt in massage judo, gently attacking every knot and tenseness my body had. I also want to apologize to this location for the drool my body likely produced while I was being lulled to sleep by soft ambient music and this electrifyingly professional application of massage techniques. Dana and the staff were very friendly and I felt spoiled the whole time I was here. There was a new attendant at the front desk who I could tell was still in training. She was super respectful and very attentive. I threw an unintentional curveball at her with a complexity regarding my account and she was able to find a solution expeditiously. The pressure felt like an elbow was being dug into my muscles continuously. Im 23 years old and fairly flexible so I know I likely wasn't that tight and I've never had a painful massage in past experiences. The lady just told me to breathe through it. Additionally, she sat down for the entire service and used a tool to do 95% of the massage. I was expecting her to use hand techniques as I've had at other establishments, but I was disappointed. This service was definitely not worth the time or money and I'd like to be refunded. I filled out their survey and emailed management and no one responded.
