Poor install, poor service, poor attitude. The install was not supervised because the owner had six…read morecrews working to make money as fast as possible for his habit. My crew was the first install they had ever done. They subsitituted silicone to seal instead of the product ThroughTheRoof as recommended. They did not wire up 1/3 of the second system (I found this out after ten years losing over $12000 in utility savings.) The owner was absent when the warrantied inverters went bad. No response. Had to fight with the mfr to get them replaced. When the roof leaked due to the silicone install, it was a $10K insurance claim. The connection costs were $3K from a REPUTABLE company. I spent $70000 and recommended over $250000 in referrals to Alcorn - what a huge mistake! When I finally confronted the owner after a second series of leaks, he was defensive ("is it really leaking again?") and eventually he blocked me on Facebook from personal and professional page. I was professional the entire time. He has made no attempt to remedy the issues. He ruined my personal and professional reputation for contractor referrals.
