Did the siding on our house. Was very professional and cleaned up everything. Would highly recommend this company.

We needed screens replaced in an outdoor building and they were prompt to come out and give us an estimate. We gave them half down and waited and waited. After 3 phone calls and several months later 2 guys showed up and worked a couple of hours and said they had to go get different splining and a scaffold. Needless to say they never showed back up. Several more weeks went by and a supervisor called to see if they had finished the job. He proceeded to finish it for them but he used the wrong spline on the door and it came out the next day. I am sadly disappointed in their handling of our installation. read more

Did a wonderful job! We were very satisfied with how our roof turned out, and we were happy with everyone on the team!

Todt Roofing quoted a reasonable price for replacing second story roof. However, there was a huge lack of communication concerning when installation would take place. They scheduled it for a Wednesday but did not show up and there was no phone call letting us know they weren't showing up that day. Materials were delivered and placed in front of garage so car could not be driven. Also, there was an extra bundle of shingles and a bundle of ridge caps left after completion of job. Requested lien releases showing materials and labor had been paid for, but that seems to also be beyond their capabilities. Gentlemen that inspected job said we could keep extra bundles but we asked they be returned for credit so he took them. We then asked for credit for unopened, extra materials and they said that is not possible. read more

Jason Butler has been an amazing, helpful person throughout the whole process of getting a new roof. He had great communication skills and always had a positive attitude/outlook. read more

When we had our roof repaired this year we went with Todt. We were extremely pleased at first with the salesman and the dealings with them. It took quite a while for the actual work to begin and it seemed like there was no supervision on site. Wives and children playing in our yard and making a mess of things while the workers worked. There was plenty of damage done to the grass and flower as to be expected. What wasn't expected or corrected with the damages to the siding and air conditioner which had to be taken apart and there was nails found inside. No discount was offered. I hope this review helps someone else pick a better company. I did not read reviews until after it was too late. Some of the reviews I read were even posted by wives or girlfriends of the crew. PS today 2/7 our roof is leaking. read more

So happy with our choice to use Todt Roofing. Everyone who came out, from the estimate to the clean up was courteous and professional. As with a lot of older homes, when you start a project, you discover things you were not expecting. Ours was certainly no exception. It took a couple trips bact to get things they don't normally keep in the truck, but the final result was exactly what we wanted. Everything looks amazing. They even left my yard looking better than it had when they got here. Thanks to all the very hard working people at Todt Roofing. read more

I am very disappointed in what I thought to be a reputable company. An employee came and gave me a verbal estimate on a repair. I trusted this because I thought they had a good reputation. I called and made a future appointment for a repair. They did not show up. We called and made a second appointment. They did not show up. We called and left a message asking them to return our call and they never did. The experience ended up being a blessing because we found someone else that was much more knowledgeable with their quote. Interestingly, they did not find one of the major repairs needed that Todt roofing claimed I needed. The other company did find many other smaller issues that Todt did not with the initial estimate. After speaking with neighbors, I heard more negative feedback, way more serious than mine, about Todt roofing. read more

Do not use this company. Very unprofessional. Tried to call Doug to do my final walk through and he never got back to him after leaving him two voicemails and one text. Tyson is another one that doesn't do anything. Had the work done and they left all the used and unused shingles in the front drive of my house along with a bunch of other stuff. Please do some checking before you use Todt roofing. My wife and I also was going to use them for my other house before we sold it and they quoted us 8500 and that was with a friendly discount bc someone referred us to them. I ended up getting it done for 5300 from someone else. Comparing what Todt did on my new house and the other guy did on my house I sold. The other guy did 200X better than Todt. If you would like to contact me on the other guy please feel free to do so. I really don't see how Todt Roofing go all the rewards that they do on their billboards. read more

TODT Roofing - Roofing Near Me - Cape Girardeau, Missouri

We had Todt repair our roof and siding after a storm blew a tree clear through it. Massive holes everywhere. I must have called a dozen contractors and made appointments for them to come give me an estimate, but Todt was the only one who held to their promise to show up. Brennon and Drew were fantastic! They were able to pin-point what needed to be replaced and the cost of it. They fought back against our insurance adjuster when the adjuster tried to claim we only needed parts of the work done, and they strived to ensure our home would be back to 100%, and not puzzle-pieced back together. It took a while to get the entire project done, but when they started on each of the sections (replacing shattered beams, roof, holes in walls, siding, gutters), those parts were done before we made it home from work that evening. Any questions or concerns we had, were answered. They responded to texts, emails, phone calls. They were helpful and patient with us. I would gladly use them again and I am strongly encouraging my coworkers and friends to give them a call if they ever need work done. read more
