They damaged my roof after removing a tree limb and never came back and are not responding to me. Awful company!

Advanced Tree Service removed some trees for us and the crew did a good job so we had them clean up an area of our yard, doing forest mulching. They dropped a huge log which rolled down the hill and over some expensive landscape stairs, into the fence. They fixed the fence but couldn't repair the stairs correctly so we had the guy who built them come out. His repair cost us more than $4000, and when we tried to talk to the owner about covering it he refused to call us back. We tried several times and were promised he would, but he never did. I contacted Advanced Tree Service about a troublesome tree i was wanting cut down. I was shocked to receive a call back within 10 minutes. They were prompt with the estimate and were flexible with making changes. I am happy to say the tree is gone and they did a wonderful job cleaning up debris. Tony and crew took out 6 black walnuts for us. When I called for estimate, he came promptly and provided email estimate that afternoon. Communication by phone, email, and text were all quick to respond. Every effort was made to mitigate the impact on our yard as they hauled out the 3 massive ones from the backyard. They were careful of alley power lines. The 3 smaller ones were in a narrow part of land in between my house and a neighbors. They took them without incident and worked efficiently. Excellent equipment and the climber is fascinating to watch. Lastly they took a large dead branch off of a large oak over the driveway. They took precautions to protect my pavement from the branch. I'm very happy and will recommend them to friends and family! Also with at least 20 more trees on the property, I'm sure they will be back for trimming in he future! read more

Tony with Advanced tree service and crew did an awesome job taking out the big hackberry tree on my neighbors property and hugh limbs from that tree hanging over my roof, Tony always got back with me and or my neighbor about the job right away with a phone call and or a text. It only took the crew 2 to 2 1/2 hours to take the tree outand without incident and at a fair price ,they have awesome equipment and the guy that climbs the trees was pretty awesome to watch.They cleaned up everything real nice and neat , And then they were on their way,I will definitely recommend advanced tree service to my friends and family!! read more
