My first time in Napa. I was driving through Napa Valley and I like to be spontaneous so I followed the first sign to some winery that I never heard of, taking private road all the way up. Fascinating views! I ended up on a top of the mountains. Sid, who is the owner, meets me there. He is very welcoming with his big charming smile! He takes me on a golf type of car even higher in a mountains to see his property, giving me incredible tour. Besides that he gave me complimentary wine during the trip. I also met his beautiful wife. They both had such a great energy. This people have very unique story to how they immigrated to this country from Turkey, boug the land and build everything from scratch, including their road! I so admire their story and their hard work. Their wine one of the best wines I've ever had, and I have pretty good knowledge of wines. They also they have many beautiful animals, they make olive oil and have accommodations to stay and enjoy the whole experience. Absolutely unforgettable time. Thank you Mr. Sid for everything! Definitely coming back! Best regards, Ilona

Doorway to incredible hospitality, food, and wine! One of the most unique and personal experiences I have ever had. Thank you!

Skip the standard Napa winery experience and visit MS Torun Winery where Sid's hospitality and personal touch is beyond compare. One of the most unique experiences we have ever had. It was like visiting family. Thanks Sid!

This was by far, the most amazing winery experience I've ever had!! I've never experienced more tranquility and serenity during a wine tasting tour. It honestly felt like I was in Tuscany! Sid (the owner) was just fantastic! He was the most charming, kind, and hospitable during our time at MS Torun. I loved all of the farm to table food and his WINE! I recommend this place 10000%!!! Will be coming back at least once a month!

This winery was such a wonderful experience! The views on the mountain are breathtaking. The winery is beautiful more-so as you discover that the owner has built all of this beauty over the past 20 years by hand. The whole experience was made even more wonderful by the kind and accommodating owners as they share a meal with foods made all from their farm. It was so peaceful being able to eat great food and sip on one of their wines while looking at the breathtaking scenery. Currently the winery is by appointment so make sure to call ahead. The entrance fee gives you a lovely meal and opportunity to explore the winery with mountain views of Lake Berryessa. The wine is a separate cost and is being sold by the bottle. We highly recommend you check this place out!

Highly recommend M.s Toruń vinery and ranch ,My first winery experience in Napa Valley was excellent because mr.Siddik was so hospitable and knowledgable! We were there with a friend all perfectly accommodated. He made our visit unforgettable and we all hope to return soon. Our experience was truly one of a kind thanks to Mr Siddik,He also gave us tour to other close wineries and gave us a lot of information

This is a very unique experience that I highly recommend. The food was delicious. Everything is from the winery/ranch cheeses, olives, honey, fruits, vegetables. We purchased a bottle of cab to have with the tasting and we were the only people besides the owner (Sid) on the property which was a welcome change from busy Napa/Sonoma wineries. Sid even allowed us to bring our dog. Overall we were impressed and will come back again!

What a gem! An unforgettable experience with a gracious host, gorgeous views and delicious food and wine. An absolute must if you're looking for a truly one-of-a-kind winery!

The best winery we've ever been to. We saw it as we approached our campsite and the next day parked outside their gate and called for a tasting. They were so accommodating, immediately coming down to let us in and show us their winery. They gave us the option if where ti sit and we got to choose one of the best views we saw in napa valley. The wine we had was divine and the tasting included many plates of various foods grown right on property. Everything was delicious, even if we normally wouldn't have liked the food. Highly recommend you make your way here during your Napa visit. P.s. if you want the cellar tour where they give you samples of as of yet unbottled wines, you have to call 24 hours in advance so they can prepare

Sid is awesome! He is so kind and cares so much about his winery, olive orchard and animals. This is such a unique experience - he serves delicious sides and food with his great wine. We also did a tour around his property (which is SO large!). I truly don't think we'll get an experience like this at any other winery. The scenery was beautiful and it is so admirable how Sid built this winery by himself from a dense forest land. His history and background is inspiring - his winery is truly special.

However I can't complain the wine, the food, Sid and his wife and the homemade Baklawa were just sensational.

Came here for an industry-only event and I have got to say, WOW!!…read more It was my first ever time here: The people, the wine AND the food was amazing. Getting all these industry folks together in one place was a whole lot of fun, not to mention we got to compare red wines by their smokey-ness & how they were effected by the Napa fire!! The musician they had was doing covers for really nice love songs, perfect since it was the day after valentines day. This place just put me in such an amazing mood, plus we got to see our great friends from Pine Ridge and Stag's Leap Winery! We started off trying their Sauv Blanc which tasted like an acidic honeysuckle. Paired really good with the spicy salami & marinated olives. We also got to try the Pinot Noir (100% Pinot) & the Stag's leap Merlot (90% Merlot, 10% Cab) both weren't too dry or sweet. It was a nice balance in the middle! My favorite was the 2016 Due Diligence Cab Franc which is mostly Cab Franc with a small blend of Cab Sauv. Very good red wines! I'm so excited to come back for an actual tasting, plus the fiesta they are having in April. Can't wait!! TL;DR - Came for industry party, won the 3L Cab give away so this is now my favorite place to go.

Review #400! We have…read morevisited V Sattui several times over the years, and it was on our itinerary for our current Napa trip, primarily because we wanted to get lunch at their food market. V Sattui is rather unique among the region's wineries, for several reasons: they have a food market, they allow purchased bottles to be consumed on site, they allow picnicking, and they serve as a wedding venue. This is not easy to achieve in Napa's ridiculously restrictive permitting landscape. So first, let's talk about the food market, which is one of the main attractions of this place. The cheese shop alone is worth going out of your way for. Almost every type of cheese you can hope to find. Sorry to my idealistic vegan aspirations, but I don't think I'll be giving up cheese anytime soon. They have a deli with sandwiches, pastas and various side dishes, olives, fruits, etc. Come on an empty stomach and be ready to eat well. When we first arrived at the winery, we were welcomed in by the very nice host, who explained the tasting menu options, if we were interested in a tasting. About 13 wines to choose from, and you get to pick any 5, $45 per tasting. Love the flexibility. Lots of white and rose options, as opposed to many wineries which just pile on the reds. I like a good red, don't get me wrong, usually with a big dinner, but on a hot summer day, I want lighter, refreshing wines. So we were sold, and signed up for an indoor tasting before lunch. During the couple of years we've been away from Napa, the winery has completely rebuilt their tasting room and store, for both structural and cosmetic reasons. It looks fantastic now, featuring a very attractive, modern circular tasting bar. Would have taken pics, but I try to avoid posting pictures of strangers on the internet, and the tasting room was filled with people. We grabbed a seat at the bar, and were greeted by our tasting guide, Lucas. Lucas was amazing. Personable, hospitable, and engaging. He made us feel welcome, got to know us, and ensured we had a great time throughout, even though he was serving multiple other customers at the same time. I could never do his job. I selected all white and rose wines, and RB went with mostly red. My favorites were the off-dry Riesling, and the Sauvignon Blanc. RB's Preston Vineyards cab was also very good, but again, I would need a hearty meal to consume this with. Lucas also treated us to a couple of complimentary pours, and the Madeira was an especially nice treat. We finished up our tasting, bid au revoir to Lucas, and made our way to the deli for lunch. We were hungry and decided to keep it simple with the essentials - cheese (of course), sweet baguette, and grapes. So many enticing cheeses to choose from, but you can't go wrong with French Brie and medium cheddar, so that's what we opted for. As for the beverage selection, RB's and my wine palates do not always align, but we can usually agree on bubbles, so that's what we did. Armed with a bottle of Brut cuvée and the aforementioned goodies, we made our way out to the picnic area. It's lovely out there. Many picnic tables, in the shade or in the sun, or you can picnic on the grass. We found a shaded table in the breeze overlooking Route 29, and settled in for our leisurely lunch. Terrific experience start to finish, even better than I remember from the past. Make sure you make V Sattui part of your Napa itinerary.

His knowledge, personality, and genuine customer service are second to none. I usually never spend over $100 on a bottle of wine, but Bart's recommendations and the way he made us feel valued had me wanting to spend even more. He never pressured us--he simply listened to what we liked and guided us to wines we absolutely loved. Exceptional service like Bart's is what keeps people coming back. If you're visiting V. Sattui, do yourself a favor and ask for Bart. He truly is one of the best things about the winery, and he turned a great visit into an amazing one. More than 5 starts, I would give it a 20
