Ladies and Gentlemen: I consider myself to be a grilled cheese connosieur of sorts. I've had (and made), like, a ZILLION grilled cheese sandwiches throughout my short life time and most (including all the ones I've ever made) had been good. I'm here to tell you that the Crabby Cheese Melt from Ms. Cheezious is DA SHIZ-NIT! Are you with me? Do you hear me? Do you understand the words that are coming outta my mouth? (Or should I say the words that are coming from my fingers?) The cheese-to-bread ratio is like 10lbs to 2 slices and the crab salad is the middle is amazing. First of all, it's made from real crab, not "KRAB", meat. There isn't too much mayo and there is a small amount of red pepper that you can taste without the pepper overpowering the salad or the rest of the sandwich. The cheese is real cheddar, not Kraft singles, and the melting, golden beauty of it is enough to stop you in your tracks like a love at first sight-type moment! Oh, and did I mention that the bread was actually GRILLED and not soggy. You bite into the sandwich is you actually hear "crunch," following by the realization that, "Hey... there's REAL BUTTER on this b@#$&!" Ok, ok... I'm done talking. We ate this afternoon at this restaurant and had a horrible experience. We asked for ketchup and were pointed to the wall. We informed the young lady there was not ketchup and she answered that her manager knew. There was no apology or care for not having the basic condiments for french fries. Came here on day 2 after opening. I'm not into the whole food truck thing, but I like a place I can sit down. Both of the owners were there and very friendly. They love Yelp. This is a very cool spot with a nice outdoor for sitting outside. We tried the patty melt (I love these) and the short rib melt. The patty melt was excellent, the short rib was okay. The fries are kind of soggy, even after they remade them. I like a crunch on fries unless they are steak fries (which these are not). Nice idea: Basic cheese sandwiched made good. THe place is small, but they have an outdoor patio which is ok unless it rains so you have to go inside to a extremely small place. Service is so so, nice girls but not trained to be on top of their clients. May come back again when I'm in the mood for this kind of sandwiches and 100% sure it won't rain. read more

I love Ms. Cheezious and it continues to be my #1 food truck choice, no questions about it. But to be honest the two grilled sandwiches I shared were just not the same quality. Like always I ordered the famous pulled pork melt, but there was hardly any cheese. Which made my cheese love level sad. The Blue and Bacon was delicious but again not as much cheese compared to the food truck. The location had great service but I went on a Thursday and it was empty, yet it still took like 20 minutes for my sandwich. The decoration is really cool, love that they hard board games and great selection of beer. We also ordered the s'mores melt, it was good. But I totally recommend they offer Nutella with banana or strawberries instead of s'mores, but that's me just being in love with Nutella. I will continue coming back either way, when food truck isn't around - maybe it was just this one time that I didn't get the amount of cheese that ms Cheezious offers. I went to Mrs. Cheezious for the first time: I never paid for a Grilled cheese sandwich before in my life. But since a local TV show made the place sound so good, I decided to check it out. The menu has a lot of appealing options from the Chicken & waffle sandwich to the braised rib thingy sandwich but being a fan of the Ham Croquette sandwich in Hialeah, I ordered the Croqueta Monsier. At first I was like "8 bucks for this sandwich?" when I looked in the bag. Then when I took it out, it looked like an 8 dollar sandwich. VERY tasty. Bread was crisp and buttery. Sliced ham & croquettes were neatly PACKED in place and did not spill due to the glue of oozing cheese that held it together. It was a clean "feeding". The side of basic fries was not necessary as it was a filling sandwich. The atmosphere was modern and hip. The food was to go so I didn't get to check out the outer dining area. Bad news? Parking sucks. I had to park across the street in front of a motel and kept looking out to make sure nobody was calling a tow truck. Things that would normally bother me DID NOT because the place was new and I'm all for rooting for the underdog in corporate America. For instance, the entrance door locks automatically so I had to keep opening it for the customers that were coming in frequently. The cashier guy, who looks like the owner, looked like his head was spinning and was overwhelmed or his mind was elsewhere. Maybe he was stressed but, again, this is a new place so I'm sure a lot was on his mind but he was still polite. The wait in total was about 10 minutes for the sandwich. Parking is what made the process long. If you want something different than Wendys, BK, McD's and Taco Smell, then this is the place to be if you have 8+ dollars to spend. Ain't no dollar menu here. I would go back just to try the other sandwiches I missed out on. I think they could have picked a MUCH better spot like Aventura or Pembroke Pines with parking space but they kept it in Miami and I'm sure they'll expand if business keeps up. Besides that the atmosphere is amazing, with all the games and activities you can play in a beautiful garden surrounded by trees and little lights on strings. i've been meaning to write this review for two days now, but me and i group of my friends are here on vacation from Atlanta, and truth be told, just been partying a bit much. From the most welcoming greeting the moment we walked in the door, to the awesome recommendations on what we should try, like the smoked turkey with bacon, or the mac and cheese / w fried egg on it, or the pastellito milkshake, this guy REALLY did take excellent care of us. Although he was working alone in the front and was a bit busy with phone orders, and walk-in customers, and making drinks, and running food, and cleaning tables, he still managed to make it his priority to make sure that our guest experience was the BEST we had while here in Miami by far, and from the looks on the faces of the other patrons that were dining in, i would say they might agree, all while cracking jokes with everyone one and keeping a smile on his face!! There no parking you have to find street parking. The service was HORRIBLE. The people working there clearly hate working there. They aren't very nice with the costumers. Waited in a super long line to try these grilled cheeses. I got a standard cheddar on sourdough and the bf got the crab salad with cheddar. It wasn't that either sandwich was bad, it just that it was just OK. Nothing spectacular. My cheddar and sourdough had a little too much cheese and was very greasy. The fries weren't great either, too potatoe-y for my taste. I prefer a thinner fry. As a vegetarian at this food truck round-up, there really weren't many vegetarian friendly options at all (Mac'N the only vegan food truck wasn't there). The BEST grilled cheese in town. Warm, oozing cheese, buttery Texas toast, it is out of control! They're really friendly and helpful. I love how you can find them in trendy locations exactly when you are craving a grilled cheese after an art walk. I now have a steady job so I can't go chasing after her during lunch and I wish she would come out west more often. Been a long-time fan of the food truck, so I finally made it out to their restaurant. It's not really in the best neighborhood and the parking situation sort of sucks, but the restaurant is very cute and country-cozy inside, with a great folksy-hipster backyard area too. The restaurant definitely attracts a hipper crowd, and it was kind of hilarious to watch all the bearded, tatted, skinny-jean wearing hipsters and their equal lady counterparts sort of disappear after our loud Hispanic party of 20 came in and the kids started taking over the picnic tables and bean bag toss game. By the way, they have games. Board games and outdoor games, and basically that's awesome. The food was great. It's gourmet grilled cheese. If you don't like cheese, don't go here. If you don't like sandwiches, don't go here. If you like cheese and you like sandwiches, go here. Their sweet potato fries were awesome, too. I've personally had their bbq pork, short rib, harvest, and fried chicken/waffle grilled cheese sandwiches and I love them all. But I love cheese and I love bread, so I'm biased. We finally made it here! After seeing all of the pics and reviews of this place we finally got here. Our original plan to go to Octoberfest at Marlins fell through, so we decide to come here. I was very excited. We were given some menus and proceeded to look, I decided upon the Mac n Cheese and the Goat Cheese and prosciutto arugula sandwich. JP got the pork rib,his sister got the Patti Melt, and his mom got the bbq pulled pork. We decided to sit outside and enjoy the breeze and the casual outdoor ambiance. Our order came in short period of time and it looked amazing!! First I took a pic and then we all dug in! I have to say that Carmen's sandwich the pulled pork looked a mm d smelled the best, it tasted good too. I then tried the others and they were also good, and my goat cheese was definitely different but I wanted something unique and it was delicious too. The Mac and cheese was good, I wish it was warmer, but hey that what leftovers are for..a second go around. I ended up only eating half of my sandwich and half of the Mac, but I'm going to be hungry later so I'll try it again. It was a bit pricey, our bill came to $69.00.
