We ordered the chicken and waffle sandwich and the BBQ pulled pork sandwich, both of which were delicious. Waffles were fluffy and slightly sweet, and the gravy that came with it was perfect. The BBQ pulled pork sandwich was messy, sweet, cheesy, and fun. Finally, the biggest surprise was the milkshake - our chocolate milkshake came with a mountain of whipped cream, a chocolate-and-peanut coated pretzel, and CrackerJack popcorn kernels. What a presentation! but the chocolate milkshake itself was really, really good - dark, just sweet enough, and rich. So good! I would recommend this place for a fun lunch or dinner! I am very disappointed, i come to this restaurant all the time and today i ordered a mackin melt and i received it burnt to the point where i couldn't even finish one half, this is in acceptable. I went to tellthe cashier she was no where to be found she never checked up on me, when she brought the food she forgot she didn't give me my soda, and claimed they were out of it and then i asked for a root beer and she brought the brand AW when i payed for the more expensive Dr browns soda. I have a food baby and its name is 'short rib grilled cheese.' If you're looking for comfort food, this is it. This place is the BOMB. The short rib grilled cheese sandwich was so rich and flavorful. Portions are big, they don't hold back and you get your moneys worth. I got a side of Parmesan Mac n cheese and it was so velvety and smooth. I called the restaurant to place a pick-up order. I was informed I could only order online which was fine. I attempted to ask a question about the food but was hung up on before I could. I called back to ask my question. Another employee answered the phone and answered it and I tried to ask a second food related question and again was hung up on. I really wanted Mac and cheese so I decided to order online anyway. I place my order at 8pm. The website gave my pick up time at 8:05pm [I figured this was inaccurate and unrealistic]. I live less than a quarter mile away but I figured I should give at least 15 minutes for pick up. I arrived and was told it would be another 5 minutes. No problem, I left, gassed up the car, and returned 10 minutes later. I had to wait another 5 minutes and received my order. When I got home, I found that instead of 2 blue cheese dressings for my two orders, they had given me Caesar dressing, and they had forgotten the sauce for my jalapeño poppers. In addition, my food was cold which was surprising since I had to wait and wait again, and my drive home was 2 minutes. I called and explained what had happened. I was told I could return. I declined. I was told "he" [not sure who that is] would be told. No apology was given for anything. No one called me back. I love this place!!! I had tried them once when I went food trucking and love these guys. Their new location is super chill and hipster with awesome murals and really cool outdoor area. They have board games which add even more fun to sitting and eating amongst friends and family. Their sandwiches are insanely good. Mac and Gouda cheese with bacon on a sourdough bread!!! Been planning on eating here for weeks. I had a patty melt and cheesy fries. Love the patio section. A nice atmospheric with picnic benches and comfort seats. Great for kids and adults alike. They have board games like uno, connect four, jenga, Scrabble, among others. The food is greasy but Delicious. My patty melt was supposed to have a chorizo pimento cheese but I substituted it for swiss. There is beer there too. I opted with the local Biscayne ale. It was OK , but a little bitter for me. I have been a fan of Ms. Cheezious food truck for years and was so happy they opened a restaurant but being that it is so far from me I did not have a chance to visit until recently. The food is just as good here as it is on their food truck. The decor is great and they really made the mos of the space. I loved the back patio area and the giant flamingo painted on their back wall. It is a warm and inviting place to eat. Cons (reason for 1 star deduction): Parking is a nightmare, there are 4 spaces in the front and no where else to park anywhere nearby as they are right on Biscayne Blvd. We had to drive around in circles until someone left. The other thing that is seriously lacking- fountain drinks and fresh brewed iced teas. All drink are sold in cans/ bottles. This was a big turn off for our entire group as fountain drinks are always better than canned soda and also cheaper. Nothing worse than canned lipton "iced tea". Fix this Ms. Cheezious and I will revise my review to 5 star. read more

Well, well, well. What a delightful surprise this was. I had eaten from their food truck before and was familiar with their menu. When I first walked in it was a little confusing to me. There was a group of people in front of me. I found myself asking. Is there a host? Am I paying then sitting? Is it seat yourself? Finally I saw the group order, pay and sit. The employee quickly greeted me with a big smile. She helped me and my wife pick out some items. We paid then we sat down. The food was delicious. I had a bacon Gouda Mac and cheese sandwich. This is one more of those hipster places that are popping up to suck the millennials money. We saw the reviews and said let's try it(after reading Yelp). From the moment we entered we knew this was not going to be a memorable lunch! We were not greeted by the young lady working the counter who was it seemed eating her lunch at 3:30 pm Tuesday December 26. She just said " let me know when you are ready". After looking at the menu we (my son and I) ordered and paid for a brisket melt,southern friend chicken and waffles and buffalo chicken melt, an order of fries, one Materva and a plastelito shake. All at the same time, through their Apple IPad ordering system. Bad sign when a business request a tip without a service bring rendered!!!! We opted to wait until served to offer up a tip. After a few minutes the attendant brought out the Materva and a cup of water, 5 to 7 minutes later she brought out the brisket and we did not see her for another 10 minutes when she brought out the pastelito shake. Again another five minutes and she brings out the chicken and waffles. She mentions something about piecemeal service and disappears. 25 minutes after she brought out our drinks my meal the buffalo chicken is brought out by what appears to be the cook, he said sorry for the wait. I mentioned that was not a acceptable to bring out food piecemeal that my son had finished his meal already. He stated that he took long because he had to make the shake!!!! Ridiculous!!! He could have cared less and just went back in the kitchen. Basically what the cook brought out was 2 chicken fingers smothered in buffalo sauce nothing special here. The food was not bad but was not worth the money we paid and the service the worst I have experienced in a long time. I hope the owner reads this review as his employees are going to ruin his business. This place is even Burger Beast approved. First visit and my last. I cannot see how they have racked up 4.5 stars on Yelp. I am beginning to question many of reviews on Yelp as this place deserves no more than 2 to 3 stars.
