I went into the store and let the associate know that I had an item I ordered waiting for me and they gave me my order almost instantly . I told the staff that I had been looking for this item for a while and they let me know that they had another location extremely close may have some more and they offered to phone them to ask them to put it on hold for me. They called and when I got to the other location the item was waiting for me behind the cash. Both stores have great service and a wide array of items. Unlike most toy stores, the items they sell are hand-selected by the owners and meet the present interests of modern day kids. Most of the products are good quality and stand the test of time. Prices are reasonable. They are all also pros at wrapping and can get everything done in minutes. You also get ToyTown points for every dollar spent. I also looked at what the potential cost of parts and how long it would take to get them. I did a google search in the Hamilton area and found Ed's Appliances and Parts. I went in and met Nick the owner. What a wonderful, friendly man who was also very helpful. He was able to confirm what I thought was the issues and I ordered a new heating element and check valve. These were ordered on Apr 16 and was informed I should have them by the 19th. I received a call that they were in on the 18th! Everywhere else showed it would take approx two weeks to get the parts and I would have to pay shipping on top of their more expensive pricing. Unfortunately while reinstalling the dishwasher I broke the hose assembly. I think I had someone looking out for me because it really should not have broken that easily. I called Nick, my new best friend, who said he could have it by the next day. I highly recommend Ed's Appliances and Parts, Nick is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They also just brought in bicycles! If you are looking for anything, give Nick a call!!!

If they don't have something that you have your eye on, you can connect with them to see if they will order it for you (which they likely will, if they can!) Really flexible hours of operation, open late many nights of the week, and there are constantly events occuring here. They have a fairly large, well-lit, and clean gaming space in the back. It's like Walmart lol you go in for one thing and leave with 10. There's a pretty good selection of board games, both popular and obscure. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll gladly order it for you and give you a call when it comes in. The guys who work there are all very nice and very knowledgeable. The first time I came, I was still fairly new to tabletop gaming so I wasn't sure what to get. I had my eyes set on Agricola but after talking to the associate I realized I wasn't ready for such a heavy euro game just yet. The associate asked us what we liked and then basically went through their entire collection with us, pointing out and explaining various games that he thought would appeal to us. You don't get customer service like that anymore! All the games are also much cheaper than you would find at Chapters or Mastermind Games. They've also got tons of other nerd stuff like comic books, figurines, and superhero paraphernalia. The store is located in the back of the plaza so it's difficult to find if you don't know where to look.
