    Samantha is 100% the person you want in your corner on your wedding day. My husband and I are very lethargic planners (probably because we are incredibly busy teachers), but Samantha made it so manageable from the start. She is literally just a text or email away at any given time leading up to your big day, and can work with any and every vendor. Not to mention she is kind, energetic, and will bring all the life and love to the party. Her rates are also fair and affordable. I sincerely recommend Mrs. G Events if you want a fun and flawless wedding experience!!

    I was so stressed about needed a day of coordinator for my wedding in October 2022 and I am SO HAPPY I found Samantha!!!! She was incredibly helpful, she set up the day of timeline going back and forth with me and sending the info to all the vendors. She added the organization that was lacking on my end trying to plan it all myself. She handled everything on the day of, with her assistant (or as we called her a-sister-ant) which made the day so magical and stress free, I could not recommend her higher!! We got married at Villa Del Sol and Samantha was already familiar with the property and their onsite coordinator which made her even more of a perfect choice. She is smart, funny and genuinely great to talk to, she made the whole thing come together and kept me stress free for what turned out to be a very magical day! HIGHLY recommend her for any event!!

    I can say with no doubt, Samantha is the one you can trust to make your day without any worry or stress. She was my savior (and her assistant/sister) on my day of full chaos. We already knew ahead of time we might have some rain on our outdoor beautiful Winery wedding unfortunately, but then there was a wildfire started in Hemet the day before the wedding, but a lot of people were not worried about it as it is not so rare that happens, but a pot of times it gets contained quickly, and we wanted to believe that as we had mostly out of town guests already flew in and flying towards us at that the moment. On the day of the wedding, we found the fire was spreading in the dry Temecula air, and the only thing we could hope for was some rain to stop the fire. Here comes Samantha, contacting all the vendors to communicate the reroute to the winery with lots of road closures by Sherrif, she had gotten some last minute umbrella runs for my isle walk down which was still outdoors, got all the timelines cleaned up with the reception being moved inside, re-arranging the space with my venue, and most importantly she made sure I was calm, well fed, and had a good amount of alcohol to get the stressful day going. I didn't have to worry about anything else but I had to deal with walking in the rain with smile. Samantha was there for me and my husband, my family and my guests, she was super responsive with all of that hectic day full of new requests, and even with those nightmare weather dramas, my wedding was the most beautiful and memorable for everything, nobody was bothered by the weather once they got to the venue. If anyone is looking for someone who will actually care for your special day as the wedding planner/coordinator, I'm recommending Samantha HIGHLY. She does care and she does get her job done 200% better than you expect, WITH LOVE. I guarantee.

    I don't think I would have survived the months, weeks and days before my wedding without Samantha. We are so beyond grateful to have coincided with the most caring, cool and funny human being that she is. I am the biggest procrastinator but she kept me on top of everything and was patient with me. Our wedding was at a residence, which I know can make some things a little more difficult but in this case, it was a breeze. Samantha knew exactly what to do. The day of our wedding, we had zero doubt in our minds that she had our back! I worried about NOTHING! Everything went perfect and even if there was a hiccup, to this day I have no clue it even happened. Samantha killed it and if you're looking for a wedding coordinator who cares and goes above and beyond what is expected, I 100000% recommend Samantha and her team

My husband and I tied the knot in November and decided to celebrate with 75 of our closest friends and family at Longshadow Ranch Winery in Temecula. Longshadow was the perfect venue and Samantha was the perfect coordinator! We could not have asked for a better person to help plan and organize our event. Samantha is friendly, personable, organized, efficient, and energetic. The day of our event, Samantha was the first person to arrive and the last person to leave. Everything turned out better then we could have ever expected. All of your hard work and dedication made our event extra special =)

We checked out Longshadow back in November of 2011 for our wedding a year later. Longshadow is a beautiful venue, of course, but what absolutely sold us on the place, was Samantha. She was so sweet and SO WELCOMING! We never felt like we were being hussled. Coordinators at other venues can be so pushy and "salesy" which is such a turn off, but Samantha was nothing like that. She was so genuine, we had to get married where she was! For the entire year of planning, Samantha was there for me! No matter what I needed, she would try and help me as best she could. Any questions were answered, and phone calls or texts answered or returned right away. Heck, I even called her when I was freaking out about guests of horror, and she calmed me down! My own future hubby couldn't even do that! I really could not have survived the year of planning without her. As it got closer to the wedding, Samantha heard from me much more, and NEVER made me feel like I was bugging her. She helped me with vendors, gave me some great ideas (we served pies at our wedding thanks to her ingenious idea!) and let me bounce my own ideas off of her. She was not only a wedding coordinator, but a great friend! The day of the wedding, she was SUPERWOMAN! I do not know how she did it, but she managed to coordinate all of my vendors, bridal party, family, and STILL I felt like she was always next to me, asking how she could help me. She did so many little things for me, that I can never list all of them, but I will never forget! I could not have lived through my day without her. She made me wear a bib while drinking red wine before the ceremony (thank goodness because I ended up needing it,) made sure my photographer got all the shots I wanted, made sure all my songs were played, MADE SURE I ATE (huge help,) took me outside for a breather if I needed it, calmed down unruly guests, and ultimately made me feel like someone had my back that day! That was a very honest and realistic way for us to stay in budget but still have the florals of our dreams. They were prompt day of the wedding. In addition, we were worried about not having enough time with our photographer to complete the flat lays; Sheila accommodated this and allowed my husband and I to pick up the flat lay flowers the day before for this to be done (her idea!). I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. My wedding was on 5/6/23 at Europa Village winery in Temecula and contracted with Ari & her team for day of coordination. I met with Ari for the first time via FaceTime and loved her from the start. She provided a thorough overview of her services for the day and eliminated any concerns/hesitations. Throughout the duration of time leading up to the big day, we were having difficulty finding a DJ and officiant. I reached out to Ari and she was able to provide a long list of referrals which ultimately led us to securing a great DJ. Ari is very organized and punctual--she provided a thorough document for us to fill out, which included things like our story, timeline (order of wedding party), and a list of decor and placement. We had a rehearsal the day before and Ari arrived early and provided a seamless run through. On our wedding day, everything was amazing. Let's just say Ari and her team knew the assignment. Ari and her team were so attentive and really made stress nonexistent. They coordinated with our vendors and set everything up as pictured. It was super windy that day and glasses were knocking down & a few shattered--Ari and her team quickly pivoted and got everything handled in no time. The florist also forgot our petals for the aisle, Ari caught that on the decor list and was able to handle that situation with the florist. Her team even offered to help me take pictures on my phone! At the end of the wedding, Ari and her team put all of the items/decor back nicely & provided an inventory list of everything. Ari and her team are just amazing & I cannot recommend them enough! She joined us on numerous calls with our vendors (being flexible with timing, even during Mother's Day). Whenever we had any questions she was quick to respond and was there for us through the entire process. We were able to send her the items like our audio guest book phone, name cards, signs, fans, etc and they magically arrived when we needed them for the wedding.
