Wow. I find this very unprofessional and disappointing that Carolyn, the owner didn't bother to call me directly, or even her or Debbie didn't comment on my Yelp review or call to try to investigate further. It felt like a retaliation even thought I've been a loyal paying customer for some time now. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. ____________ Let me preface this review with if I rated this some months when I'm home and they clean, the rating would be higher; a 4. When I'm not home some months and they come (they came recommended by a very particular/neat freak friend of mine) the rating is a 3. In order to have the veterans clean my house, I had to switch my days and sometimes I don't work at home. I am a busy professional woman but am pretty tidy and clean. However, I want someone to do a really good deep cleaning once a month. At times they are careless and don't put things back in order; leave my oven range light on and seem to be rushed at times since the owner books them so tightly between houses. Debbie has been good to work with, but I shouldn't have to write notes each month of the same reminders. (It should be kept in my file especially since they do reminder calls before your cleaning.)

The language barrier can be tough if you want something specific, but they are always thorough when they come through. And there are little things that I really appreciate, like if we leave clean sheets folded on an unmade bed, they'll do that as well. Pricing is reasonable. And equally as important they've proven efficient and reliable. They show up reliably on time, and they are in and out in under 2 hours (and we probably have more square footage than most).

They told me they came and looked at it and would come at the agreed time to do the job. They showed up, but then left. Afterwards they told me they DID NOT look inside the camper beforehand and when they did on the day of the job the smell in the fridge made them ill, so they left after doing no work. Really poor service and dishonest. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could.

First point of contact was with Charlotte Lee, she was kind and courteous. When i explained our situation, that our insured was standing in 5 inches of water in his basement and more coming in due to continued rain she stated that she would be more than happy to get over there that day to help him. She asked me to text her the name and address of our client. I called our client to let him know that she was going to finish up a home review and head right over. She did just that! She helped him move his belongings as well as some valuables that he really would have been sad to lose. they started right away on removing the water and saving his beautiful hard wood. Charlotte called several times throughout the day updating me on progress and steps taken. There is nothing more worrisome than not being able help your insured, to know that they are well cared for is such a help! I called to check on our insured to be sure that all is to his satisfaction and he stated "Better than I hoped for! I am impressed!" I will for sure be keeping them in our list of contacts for the "God forbid" Scenarios! Thank you for taking care of my insured.

We watched the workers day after day, NOT show at all or when they did they would sit in their van for a couple of hours BS'ing with each other, on their phones, eating, , did everything BUT work! I would not hire them to build a doghouse!! This owner has now needlessly lost several months of rental income & a great tenant whom has now moved on as they could not wait any longer!! SMH
