In the beginning it was ok but 6 months into this new management things took a turn. They do not respond to repairs and you have to resort to calling the village to get a response and newly rehabed apartments are in deployable condition with bathroom cellings leaking cause sufficient damage and unsanitary health hazard. They are overpriced to begin with and we now deal with constant problems. Plus rent increases are alot when your offered a renewal.
