After several months of research, I found the Waterbury apartments. It had everything I was looking for but could not find elsewhere in the area. Affordable rent, excellent staff, quiet, and best of all it sits right next to serene Goose Lake recreation area. There's no bizarre smells or bugs like you see in many other area apartment buildings. Also notable is how quiet the apartments are when you're inside of them. You will rarely hear neighbors and the floors and walls are VERY solid. I can actually say that I like living here in my little one bedroom apartment more than my cavernous three-bedroom townhome. With great neighbors and easy access to shopping, Waterbury Apartments is a rare gem of a winner!

Most recently, I had a washing machine fail and flood my laundry room and finished basement. Won't even comment on prevention for this happening again. I have two companies stating this will happen again. Called my concerns BS and state that only people leave bad reviews not positive ones and that the BBB doesn't align with their company. Not to mention their lack of repairs caused my unit to flood 2 months after I moved in. I've tried bringing tocthe HOA and managers of management with no luck. They just say to get with my lawyer lol
