I don't recommend- I've had nothing but NUMEROUS issues with my house after moving in. My windows…read morecurrently leak and pour water every time it rains (had to literally run around during tornado warnings with towels to try to secure the windows) and just got a message today from the company saying this was a problem from before they took over and they closed the work order. In my window sills there is literal growing mold because of the water that comes in, yet they're not interested in fixing it. Now I'll be contacting the code department to serve that the windows are not up to code and demand they get replaced. & did I mention they know I'm 3 days out from giving birth.. and the first time I contacted them about the windows was June 24, it's now Sept 11th- what a head ache. I believe they stage houses to look nice before you rent, then you move in and realize all of the problems you're about to endure. Also here is texts from there maintenance guys that even agreed the windows need replaced and are irreparable.

Worthless is giving them more than they are due. They now claim they are just passing on a fee they are charged for doing what they contracted to do. What a load of bull. They were contracted to collect assessments. They then choose how to do it and if they pick a way that costs them that is on these inept hacks. I pay lots the same way: gas, electric, township water/sewer/trash pick-up for example. None charge extra for that. Next they'll be charging extra for gas when they have to run an errand or a charge for every phone call (a phone maintenance charge). This is a worthless outfit and deserves to be just a bad memory.
