Video of her running with packages. - A woman wearing a blue jacket and blue pants stands on a green mat inside a building. Her hair appears to be purple or blue. In the background, a person in gray pants and shoes is near a chair and a door. The setting includes patterned flooring and plain walls, suggesting an indoor environment.

Anyone else getting fined for everything? How can Hoa steal from innocent people? since 2011 over a million and the reserves are missing and yet theres a new police station with the stolen money. i caught Jill hunt Wesseler putting full envelopes of cash under units doors. The zoning department and health department ignores the mold plus awful hazardous damages. I have hospital papers proving from the Roof draining, tuck pointing, and pipes caused my closet doors to fall off the track which caused it to fall on top of me. I have a thinning disc from it and funny no lawyers will accept it. The stairwells are full of mold and bugs. Mail is being stolen and management keeps putting it off. I'll keep posting till things stop! Ron and keith keep ignoring this! I even caught Williamson changing out fire extinguishers which they aren't qualified so if someone dies how convenient they saved a dime.

Some mold - The image depicts a section of a wall painted bright green, with noticeable peeling paint and damage at the bottom corner. The damage reveals underlying material and possible mold growth, especially near the base of the wall. The wall is adjacent to a window with a black frame, and the window glass appears dirty or foggy. The area shows signs of moisture damage and deterioration, indicating potential issues with mold or water intrusion.

Sherry took over my building and took out loans for many things. Illinois property act even states Im not responsible and our buildings act states we aren't responsible for the roof, walls( foundation) balcony. All which I have tons of damage. I had my home tested I have mold even a rare form. Then Childish behavior Jill Hunt Wesseler is going around to unit owners spreading rumors so I'm treated badly. These women don't want attention on themselves so they make others look badly. I don't leave my unit. I have to record everything because I catch Jill going through trash, thinking she's going hurt someone. I thought I was buying my future home but no I got a unit from heck. They can't even afford to use the AC in the halls, let alone light the welcome sign above the elevator whigh that's a death trap. I have Jill on video stealing mail and so she spreads rumors on me, that's illegal!!! if it keeps up I'm going to the post master! Time the IRS investigates because this building was nice till Jill brought Sherry here. There's a property act for a reason, yet they put up signs saying each unit is responsible for their own problems. Don't trust these women!!! I've had a neighbor break into my unit for Jill and found speakers blue toothed to their unit. funny they didn't have working furnace units now because they did all that, they do. Jill is compromising people to do her dirty work. she isn't the honest lady y'all think she is. She's Greenwoods Board President. I can prove everything!!! she can't!!! They added bills to my unit to hurt me if they aren't removed I'll keep going. I have recordings of meetings where they told me if I don't pay they'll stop my water. They do awful stuff to me and I've gone to the village and police. Because who Jill is she gets away with whatever she wants. videos and recordings don't lie!!! she uses her Grandsons as weapons because she knows nobody will bother her if she has them. how can someone stealing the mail monitor the cameras for the building? shouldn't peoples mail be safe? Below are pictures, first it started with the roof leak and then they took out a loan for tuck pointing and I'm stuck with this! The men they used were there handy men, not licensed and bonded for even handy work. I've allowed them twice to repair the damage twice, it looked so bad. That's why I'm like something has to be done. Besides with water restoration And mold removal you must insure this kindve damage. I went to them at a meeting on record and was told nobody will insurance us sorry. All lies. I'm treated badly because I want my home fixed. Do the right thing! I've not once disrespected any of you!

Here's the first start of it all, mold is present. Rain destroyed my whole closet and room.

Let me start by saying, I would never recommend doing any sort of business with the RentGreat…read moreAgency to my worst enemy. Unfortunately, I didn't have a choice as the building I was renting was purchased by a new owner who had Rent Great managing their properties during the end of my lease. As an educated and certified young professional working in forensics, this Company was screaming red flags from the second that they began communicating with me. Their website contained a page with staff names and the pictures of all the staff were pictures of babies. Nearly every email that was sent to me contained grammatical or spelling errors which I found extremely odd considering they claim to be an "accredited business."  I immediately felt like I was doing business with a bunch of uneducated children.  Before even asking me what I would be doing once my lease ended, they sent me multiple emails with move out instructions. I found it weird that this was the first communication I was receiving from them as the new owner. It took a turn for the worst when one day the power and heat in the building's stairwell, that the owners are required to provide per the terms of the lease, were not operating. This was the second time that this had happened in under two months. I emailed the new owners as soon as I noticed the outage as I feared that we would not have hot water nor heat for another 30 degree night. I also left a voicemail and submitted a maintenance request but heard nothing until the following morning. I received an email stating "you should certainly contact your former landlord and the former owners to ask why they have had this shut off even after we Transferred this service to our name. They are the ones who stuff of the power not us." Please notice the lack of professionalism, accountability, spelling errors, and grammar in this email. Given that they were new owners, I was confused why I or the previous owner would be responsible for finding a resolution. So, I called COMED and they informed me that the current management of the new owners had to contact them in order for services to resume. I informed the COMED agent that I was told by the new owners that I or the previous owner had to figure it out. The agent advised me to call the city to report the management agency. After the call, I emailed RentGreat expressing my frustration with not only the situation but the unprofessional manner that they were handling this. They quickly replied with the email attached stating that the situation was all my fault since I had called COMED reporting and outage, that I made the right decision to move out and that I was a nasty person. I was extremely taken back by the response considering this was coming from an "A+ Rated" Business on the BBB which they loved to share. It began to feel more like a threat and personal attack to ensure that I move out as soon as possible. I shared the email with my friends and family, and they were all stunned. Out of extreme frustration, a relative angrily called and confronted the individual that was sending the aggressive emails. Shortly after this call, I got an email informing me that they had received a "threatening and violent call" that they recorded and allegedly reported to the police. RentGreat "demanded that I cooperate with the police investigation regarding this matter." Before I finished reading the email, I received a phone call from a man named Jack at RentGreat who threatened that I cooperate with their police investigation and hung up before I could even speak. Minutes after the call ended, they sent me an email with a picture of my relative stating "They are assigning a detective from the criminal division to assist in this investigation" because their cowardly employee was seeking medical assistance for severe emotional distress signing the email "Sincerely, jk ." I couldn't help but laugh that their employee could hide behind a screen sending such unprofessional, malicious emails, but couldn't take it when it was given right back to her. If this employee is reading this, I recommend getting a real education and learning how to work in the field of business where you provide professional services to customers. I would also recommend growing some thicker skin if you're going to hide behind your screen firing off such vicious and hateful emails to individuals that are doing business with you.   If readers get anything from this review, I hope it is to NEVER do business with RentGreat. If you do, make sure you keep all the receipts of the comical yet unprofessional emails they will send you! It was comforting knowing that several other tenants in my building shared similar horrendous experiences with this company. Thanks RentGreat, you were so far from great! I look forward to never doing business with unprofessional, uneducated individuals like you ever again .

One star is more than REIS deserves at this point. We recently had a condo real estate transaction…read moreand REIS is the management company that was hired by the condo board. Charles Freitag, the owner of this company, was extremely irresponsible and negligent responding to our attorney's requests. Apparently, he is the only individual at REIS that was able to complete required documentation for the closing. We were informed he was out of town for almost two weeks, pushing back the closing date multiple times. As a former business owner myself, I always had to have a back up if I was out of town. This ensures customer satisfaction which in turn builds trust with your business. Our attorney began contacting REIS the day after the contract was signed. There was no response. Both the buyer and seller's attorneys as well as the lender for the buyer, and the real estate agents worked diligently to complete the transaction. Nothing could be completed until Charles completed the necessary documentation appropriately. One simple document was not completed correctly. We even contacted the condo board to see if there was something the President of the Board could to to expedite the closure, without success. The sale of this unit had multiple delays due solely to Charles' negligence. In addition to the frustration felt by the seller and buyer, who was ready to walk away from the sale, the multiple delays and inability to have another employee complete simple paperwork, cost both the buyer and seller thousands of dollars, in additional fees. We spent at least $3000 more to close on this unit strictly due to his negligence. The required document requested from the lender was a standard inquiry required by lenders. We attempted every avenue to get this property closed in a timely manner, without success. It is a shame that the owner of a management company is unable to delegate someone in the office to assist with responsibilities when he is out of town. I know that this is a multigenerational company, and it is disheartening that Charles is unable to conduct business honoring his families name.
