When I found out the YouTuber, Mr. Beast made a restaurant here, I KNEW I had to try it! This restaurant doesn't have a physical building since it's a "ghost kitchen." You order on his website OR through his app and get food delivered. I ordered the Chris Style burger and the Nashville Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich through his website. After I ordered my food, I was told my order would get delivered through Postmates! Now, I've never ordered from a "ghost kitchen" before so I didn't know what to expect. When my food arrived, it was nicely packaged with the "Mr. Beast Burger" sticker on the bag. I grabbed my burgers and they were both lukewarm. I was ok with them being lukewarm since that always happens whenever I order delivery from apps. Both items tasted good, but not amazing. The Nashville Hot Chicken Tender Sandwich had a mostly spicy with a slightly sweet kick to it (I have a low spice tolerance). The chicken tenders were still crunchy too! The Chris Style burger patties was juicy, but the fries were soggy and could've been fried more. I think both burgers tastes a tiny bit better than those from chain restaurants. Overall, I would only recommend this restaurant for the experience. The burgers here are pricey for the quality and amount you get. Would I order again?...NO, unless I have a coupon. read more

The burgers are delicious. I love the crispy edges. And I love seasoned fries. And I love crinkle cut fries. Combine them and you have these fries! So good! Although, they are about burgers, I really love their chicken sandwich. They would get 4+ stars if it weren't for their constant screwing up orders. But the entire experience is ruined on the ridiculous corners that got cut. My fries were stale and hard, like they'd pulled from the oldest fries there. The products themselves were of dismal quality, resembling cheap knock-offs rather than the advertised brand-name items. I got the patty melt-- the Karl's something and I kinda just got... a plain cheeseburger with a slice of onion. It tastes fine, but it totally wasn't what I expected. The advertisement picture shows a flattened patty and the ad also says it's supposed to have caramelized onions. That was the worst part! I got two slices of plain onion. We placed a fairly large order with a variety of items through Mr. Beast Burgers in Newton, Iowa: 2 Beast Burgers, 2 Karl Patty Melts, 2 Nashville Hot chicken sandwiches, 1 regular chicken sandwich, as well as 2 orders of Beast Fries and 4 orders of seasoned fries. Our order came in brightly colored, 'Mr. Beast Burgers' packaging and bags and the initial look was very exciting and appealing. Unboxing and sorting our items was difficult, because some items were mis-labeled with the wrong stickers and all 3 chicken sandwiches seemed to be the same (none were Nashville Hot). Once we got our food sorted we were able to eat- or try to. The quality of the food was extremely disappointing, and if I could have driven back to the store to return/exchange some items I would have. The chicken used to make the sandwiches was small chunks of fried chicken, so was falling off the bun. It was extremely overcooked and you couldn't even rip the pieces apart with your fingers. It was overall inedible and 2 of the 3 people who go the chicken sandwiches ended up throwing most of it away. The Patty Melts were supposed to have grilled onions and inverted, grilled top buns. They had slightly cooked onions and a regular, untoasted bun. The meat was bland and poorly seasoned. Lastly, they were not 'smash burgers' at all. The patties were thick and not what expected. The Beast Burgers were thick chunks of meat piled on a bun, not complete meat patties, but almost like thick burgers cut into pieces and piled onto the bun. Again, we expected smash burgers (which are thin, seared burger patties with crispy edges- like pictured in the Mr. Beast Burgers menu advertisements), but got thick, unseasoned meat patty chunks. The fries were served in a little box. They were bland and unseasoned crinkle cut fries- although we ordered seasoned fries. The Beast style fries had the mediocre-ly grilled onions, pickles, smothered in sauce, and a slice of cheese on them. The cheese was in a big wad and stuck to the lid of the box. Overall, the thrill of ordering from Mr. Beast was quickly overshadowed by the crappy quality of the food. A lot of what we ordered ended up going into the trash. Maybe I was lucky or maybe something changed since the previous reviews but the food we ordered definitely exceeded our expectations when ordering through doordash. The food arrived piping hot, fries were lightly seasoned but very crispy (had to add a little extra salt to get the right pop), The burgers were assembled well and properly labeled, ingredients fresh and overall taste was there (my wife absolutely destroyed her burger). The chicken sandwich looked decent but my daughter decided she's had better and my son loved the grilled cheese and he's picky... I thought It would be the size of an InnOut burger patty so I got the double. Turns out I only needed one patty. Reviews are so mixed when you Google it. I've seen photos where people even got it with unmelted cheese or burnt patties. Seems like they're made inconsistently? The one I got was really delicious though.
