Frustrated, I reached out directly to doordash (Who actually delivered the food) and they were unable to really help me much. They referred me back to the restaurant since that was where I ordered. I'll let you guess how that ended. I also saw a few responses from the company in other yelp reviews where they gave a guest relations email address. I attempted to send an email and it came back undeliverable. So now, I'm sitting here with a $53 loss (after delivery fee, tax, and tip) and a bag with a lukewarm, stale chicken sandwich and soggy inedible fries.
