Fries were a crinkle fries with seasoning. Super good and not over done. Great flavor for a fry and they gave me lots. I didn't finish them all. The burger was huge and they used real pickles, but those little skinny pickles you get at other places. These were good size with some crunch. Lots of cheese and a huge portion. You will not starve at this place. Burger was packed well in foil and would not come out accidentally. They used a sticker on the fries to make sure it stayed sealed and warm. These are big touches to ensure your food stays warm. Great meal and I will be ordering here again! You won't go wrong. The burger game here is strong!! read more

My fam and I were so excited to try this and support Mr Beast. This was a mistake. They messed up 5 of our 6 sandwichs. They used raw onion instead of grilled. The bacon was super under cooked. They didn't put the burger patty in, which I paid extra for, with my beast fries. They two burgers we ordered that were supposed to have fries on them didn't come with any. The burgers were pretty much burnt to a crisp. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was two chicken strips on a bun with a tiny bit of seasoning. The fries were soggy. The burgers were bare bones, just meat and cheese, with every additional condiment adding another .25 cents we opted to just add lettuce and use our own ketchup and mustard. The food arrived super cold, so I gave it a quick blast under the low broiler in the oven. Fries were severely under-seasoned and grainy in texture, like the school cafeteria fries of my youth. FOOD POISONING - STAY AWAY!! My son is a huge Mr. Beast fan and was way excited to give this place a try. We ordered the Beast Burger and Beast Fries as well as two Diet Pepsis. First, the food is cooked by Buca de Beppo, which is famous for spaghetti and not burgers and fries - that should have been my first clue to stay away! When the food was delivered, I noticed we got one regular Pepsi and not two Diet Pepsis. Then, they forgot to put the cheese and the pickles on the Beast Fries. Other than really screwing up an easy order, the food appeared, well, very greasy and soggy, but that was to be expected after looking at the photos from the menu. My son gobbled up the burger while I ate the fries. The fries were pretty tasty overall, but within about 15 minutes of eating the burger, my son was looking pretty green. About an hour later, he blew. There's no question his food poisoning was from the burger - it was the only thing he'd eaten for about 5 hours, and the onset of his pain was pretty quick. ( delivery only ) Which makes it so you have to pay a delivery fee no matter what. 2. Touchless delivery? That's awesome unless your order isn't right. When we called to see what we could do to get the order fixed, there is nothing except an 877# that allows you to only leave a message. 2 messages and several hours later with no response we still have no way to get a refund, get the order fixed, or even contact anyone to try or rectify anything. This has to be the most frustrating order out experience I have ever had. If I could give less stars I would also their 4.00 fry order had about 10 fries in an almost empty bag. I am pretty disgusted with the quality of food I received here. I got the beast burger and let me tell you the pictures that they have on DoorDash are nothing like what you'll get. I bit into my burger which and I wasn't too impressed with the flavor. Pretty much no flavor at all. I continued eating just because I didn't want my money to go to waste but as I g a little more towards the center of the burger it was completely RAW!! It couldn't have gotten any pinker in the center. And the seasoned fries were rock hard and cold! Not even edible. I ordered mine with extra toppings, my wife & kids ordered theirs with NO cheese. Mine did not have the extra toppings I ordered, and ALL of the burgers had tons of cheese on them.
