I have been researching all day how we can help current vacation renters who are freaked out by swarms of false blister beetles that came out at night due to the hot, humid still nights post tropical storms. There is no amount of spraying that will erraidicate these bugs. They are attracted to light and will affix themselves to ceilings and walls by the hundreds where the exterior lights are on. After phone conversations, e-mailing and online research all morning, I decide to make one more call. I am so glad I talked to Junie at Mr. T's Pest Control. She basically gave me the same information that I have been gathering all morning from other sources. But she said is happy to send their technician out to the home to show that they care about our guests' concerns. Kyle went out and did a botanical green treatment and apprised guest that it was not a guarantee. But he spent time with these visitors to ease their worries. I left a review of this company a month ago but must add- this company is TERRIBLE. Today I threw out hundreds of dollars of clean clothes stored in an under bed container because everything was stained with palmetto bug poop. These clothes were stored for many years and were in perfect condition for all the years my complex was being serviced by another company. ( Our condo Board switched to Mr. T's a few years ago.) On a daily basis we have to vacuum up baby roaches (since 2019) and we are sure our walls are infested with roaches and other insects. We keep an immaculate home and I vacuum thoroughly every week. We are disgusted with Mr. T's. By the way, the last time they came to spray I watched the employee spray the side of our unit but he proceeded to walk right past the back of our unit without spraying it. Word is that other residents in our complex are not happy with Mr. T's as well. read more

My wife and I used Mr. T's pest control to do spot treatment with Orange Oil with termites in our wall. After one treatment, the termites are gone. We wanted to use Orange Oil because it's environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Their team was very professional and were able to treat the area in about a hour at a very affordable rate. My experience with Mr. T's was great. They recommended which pesticides they thought was best to use for my house and which ones were safe around children. We set up a date for them to come spray, they gave me a reminder call the day before, and the exterminator was ten minutes early. The technician explained to me which pesticides, traps, and bait worked the best for each insect and rodent. He was very helpful and I would gladly refer anybody I know in need of an exterminator to give them a call. read more

I have asked Mr T to help us with some kind of insect infestation. They came to diagnose the problem within a day or two, and offered a good solution that worked. But beyond the professionalism and competency of the company and its employees, they have exhibited a genuine interest in solving our problem at a minimum cost.
