I explained exactly what I needed before handing over my keys. The mechanic took my car, came back 15 minutes later, and asked me to pay $120 -- with zero prior discussion about pricing. My issue is not the price itself. My issue is the complete lack of transparency. A basic standard in any service business is to inform the customer of the cost BEFORE doing the work -- not after. I was never given the chance to agree or walk away. That's not a mistake, that's a choice. I only came here because a close mutual friend recommended this shop. That trust made it even more disappointing. I would not return, and I would strongly advise anyone to ask for a written quote upfront before leaving their keys here.

Friendly, Professional and Fair Prices!…read more I was having an issue with my Mercedes Metris Cargo Van. I knew that there was a fuel issue and had researched online about it's fuel pump. Once I verified that it was in the fuel tank, I knew that I didn't want to do this myself. After several calls, I took my Metris Cargo Van to Eurofed because they had good reviews and the dealerships were booked for weeks. Other independents didn't even know what the Metris was! Indeed it was a bad fuel pump. To my surprise the part was less expensive than I had anticipated even though it was a Mercedes OEM part! So, an awesome job and a great price. Combine that with a friendly, responsive and professional team, who could ask for more? Since then we have taken my wife's BMW in for a routine service and she has the same great feelings about them! I highly recommend!

Shane immediately searched the marketplace and found me aftermarket parts (after I have been told by another dealer these parts did NOT exist). Wan was able to use my current "exterior" housing for the mirrors and use the aftermarket "internal" system that powered the mirrors. This prevented me from the time and trouble of having to get "external housing" mirrors on after market parts painted. (I was also told by another dealer that they could NOT do what Wan was able to accomplish). Freddie - the manager at this location - should sincerely consider giving Shane and Wan a HUGE raise. Their teamwork and execution was EXEMPLARY!!!!!!!! I intend to tell everyone I know to use Eurofed in Snellville. I am a more than DELIGHTED, EXTREMELY HAPPY, VERY IMPRESSED CUSTOMER.
