I really wanted to give a positive review because the brake pad replacement itself went smoothly,…read morebut unfortunately the experience took a turn afterward. When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

I explained exactly what I needed before handing over my keys. The mechanic took my car, came back 15 minutes later, and asked me to pay $120 -- with zero prior discussion about pricing. My issue is not the price itself. My issue is the complete lack of transparency. A basic standard in any service business is to inform the customer of the cost BEFORE doing the work -- not after. I was never given the chance to agree or walk away. That's not a mistake, that's a choice. I only came here because a close mutual friend recommended this shop. That trust made it even more disappointing. I would not return, and I would strongly advise anyone to ask for a written quote upfront before leaving their keys here.

The first time we went we had been told by a different mechanic that we needed a new transmission (big bucks), well we took it here, they took it for a short test drive and knew immediately what was wrong and what needed to be done. I brought in my 2015 Mustang GT with no tune and no drivetrain upgrades. They told me the pump blew…read moreup, which makes sense because I completely lost all movement. I went through with a full rebuild. The second I got the car back, I noticed the torque converter locking at very low RPMs in overdrive, bogging the engine down. A couple days later, the car started banging into drive and reverse, then started giving me back shots when it downshifted into 1st gear at stops. They told me it's the shift kit, even though the kit they used is supposed to solve jerks and clunks, but who am I to tell the techs. It didn't fix anything. The car still drives like bum and is honestly really annoying to drive. I also had a common bulkhead connector leak after the rebuild, which makes me question the entire rebuild. They told me to take it to the dealer, but seeing how Ford operates after a $200 diagnostic fee, it's not worth it. This shop charged me $4,500 for the rebuild, which is more expensive than other shops in the area. I chose them based on reviews. I'm giving 1 stars only because it hasn't blown up yet at 2.5k miles, but that's about it. They won't even tell me what torque converter brand is in the car, and they put the blame on anything as long as it's not the transmission. The invoice is extremely vague. I don't know if you should take your car here or not. There are different scenarios and models, so my outcome may not be like yours. Nothing is wrong with my differential or driveshaft. The car was silky smooth before the pump failure. These issues happened day one after the rebuild. I really really really really really really wouldn't recommend taking a car here For rebuild, it's literal garbage
