He accommodated us as a walk-in and we were already pleased. He promised to call before noon, as he did have his already committed jobs in hand. Sure enough he called around 11 to say he did a test drive, found some errors in the computer that he reset and that we were good to go. A negligible and shockingly low charge for his trouble! Within 20 minutes he had the transfer case motor out of the truck and we determined that it was the likely culprit. He offered to call the local wrecking yard in the morning to see about getting a used one or we could get one from the local parts house. I opted for the prior, and by noon the next day Bennie had installed the used motor and reprogrammed the truck all for less than the price of a new transfer case motor.
