I made an appointment for Friday 6/12/20 but got a phone call on Thursday from Amy asking me for my Vin number so that they can order parts. When I got there on Friday I walked in and Amy was in the middle of a conversation Stopped and told the man that was there she wanted to get my keys. (No greeting whatsoever) after I told her I Would have to wait for my car I was shown to a dirty waiting area. After a hour of waiting I was giving an estimate that was severely overpriced I told her to give me a second and that's where it all went wrong. AMY couldn't answer any questions for me about parts or the pricing. Then to make matters worse she try to charge me for the consultation after I was told it would be free. To this day I still don't know how much it costs because she told me in a very aggressive way OK YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT BUT DO ME A FAVOR DON'T COME BACK!! I felt sick to my stomach and couldn't believe I was being treated this way for asking questions about a service I would potentially be provided. What I really thought was telling was the fact that none of the other employees came out to assist her while I was telling her she would tear this business down and I'm going to reach out to the owners, that shows me that this behavior is something that there used to. Within 20 minutes he had the transfer case motor out of the truck and we determined that it was the likely culprit. He offered to call the local wrecking yard in the morning to see about getting a used one or we could get one from the local parts house. I opted for the prior, and by noon the next day Bennie had installed the used motor and reprogrammed the truck all for less than the price of a new transfer case motor. They offer real customer service.

I brought my 2008 Infiniti G37S in for a water pump replacement and paid $1,700. After waiting…read moreweeks, I finally picked it up only to notice a loud rattling noise coming from the engine bay that was not there before. Shortly after, the car went into limp mode and threw codes P0524 (low engine oil pressure) and P0011 (camshaft timing over-advanced). These were new issues that started after the repair. I brought the car back, and instead of addressing the problems, I was quoted another $1,600 for an AC compressor replacement--which does not explain the engine codes or limp mode. When I told them I just wanted to pick up my car, I was then told I owed an additional $170 in labor fees that were never discussed or approved. After leaving the shop, my car began smoking from the engine bay. So to recap: I paid $1,700 and left with multiple new problems, was asked to pay more for unrelated repairs, and then was charged fees I never authorized. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a repair shop. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere
