Awful. The new employees are horrendous. Had to get an oil change and a drl. The mechanic had to google what the code was and didn't even change the light. I use to be able to get walk ins pretty easy too but now it's impossible. Don't waste your time trying to get a patch done here. They will find some reason or another to claim the tire cannot be patched and insist you need to buy a new one. We've had this occur for two entirely separate reasons that other companies will patch without question. When you try to ask a question to understand, the store manager cuts you off and will only say "it's store policy". It was particularly frustrating after we walked in one day, were told we had to make an appointment, drove back the following day, and then were told within 10 seconds that they couldn't do it. Where to start, so I made a appointment on Wednesday for service on Sunday 11/17/2024. I stop by to get the price before my appointment that was 3hrs away. Do NOT go here for anything. My son took his truck here to have brakes and rotors done. After realizing the loud noise and driving was horrible and something was wrong, I took it back in. Candice was mean and horrible at customer service - acted like we were in the wrong. well, guess what, they didn't put BEARINGS on the rotors. So, we gave them a chance to correct this. On his way home from that, another loud pop and metal grinding. Had to get it towed to a real mechanic and his report about what Mr. Tire had done to our truck, wow - they didn't even put the parts on correctly and didn't even use grease. This and another shop in town add crap charges to oil changes for "wiping something with a rag" that can increase the cost of the oil change by almost 20% more. I have visited this location 3 times to do one thing, put new tires on my vehicle. This didn't happen for the following reasons: - Tire unavailability, although confirming ahead of time (2 attempts to get shop to order, 1 attempt with me providing the tires that I ordered off of Amazon) - Rude employees (Assistant Manager was helpful, other employees were the issue). - Employees will flat out lie to your face. - Special conditions for service appointments when a customer brings their own tires due to shops inability to order tires for scheduled service appointments (Rules for appointments change at employees will) Here are the details: 1st attempt, went online, selected the tires I wanted and scheduled the appointment. Arrived 20 minutes early. At time of my appointment, I find out that the tires were not ordered. I was informed to call ahead before the next visit to make sure the tires were ordered. Thought to myself "Okay, things happen." 2nd attempt, again, went online, selected the tires I wanted and scheduled the appointment. I then called the shop and confirmed the appointment and confirmed that the tires were ordered (so i was told). I indicated that I would be waiting while the service was completed. Arrived at the shop 20 minutes early. 5 minutes prior to appointment, I confirmed what I was there for and they went looking for the tires at the shop. 15 minutes later, I was informed that they couldn't find the tires. The guy then looked in their system to see what they did have in stock. They had 3 tires for my vehicle that were $100 more per tire than the tires I wanted. I then questioned him on why the tires weren't there and was told that the tires were discontinued. They never told me when I called to confirm the appointment and confirm the tire order that the tires I wanted were discontinued. This was a flat out lie. I confirmed with Mr. Tire in Salisbury, MD that these tires were in fact available for order. At this point, I had enough and left. 3rd attempt. Gave the shop one last try. A family member knew the assistant manager and suggested that I speak with them directly. This time I pre-ordered the tires on Amazon and took them with me for this appointment. I received a $50 discount coupon from Mr. Tire customer service to be used at this appointment. I once again, placed my appointment online 2 days before the appointment. I called one day before the appointment to confirm my 9:30am appointment (which was available online as a time slot). I told them that I would be waiting for the service to be completed. I was told, that they overbooked the early slots and they asked if 10:30am would work. I confirmed that would be okay. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. At the time of my appointment I told the guy what I was there for. He didnt seem to know I had an appointment. He then stated for customers that bring their own tires, would have to drop the vehicle off and couldn't be waited for. He then states "we will not be rushed by any customer to put tires on a vehicle, that is why we have a schedule". Okay, I was scheduled at 10:30am?? I then immediately asked who the assistant manager was and stopped speaking to the rude guy. Upon trying to speak with the Assistant Manager, the other guy continuously interrupted me saying "it will be a 3 to 4 hour wait". I looked at him directly and stated, "I am done talking to you and am now speaking to the assistant manager". This only made him angrier. He continued to get louder and louder and continue to state that it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait for installing tires and that we are too busy for this. At no time during my prior calls did anyone indicate that I would have to drop the car off if I were to use my own tires that I brought with me. I had to bring the tires because the shop failed to order my tires the first 2 visits. At this point, I decided the service wasn't worth it, it was safer for the repair on my vehicle, and an attempt to diffuse the situation to take my vehicle elsewhere. read more

I denied a service and it was performed anyway. I was told it was being done as a courtesy... over one hundred dollars as well as one customer insulted later I was told that "I was a grown man and knew what I paid for"... I had to call the corporate office and have a them, not the local office, but corporate recognize the fact that they filed the service I denied under "parts denied by customer" Additionally they gave me and my fiance a hand scribbled rough draft of charges. Every final invoice requires a signature of verification and there was no such thing. Ultimately, the money was returned, but no repercussions were relayed to the unsatisfied customer. NEVER COME HERE!!!!!!! this is literally the worst place to go if you need anything done we had busted a tire and got towed here becuase it was the closest place and we had no clue where we were. they were zero help at all first off, they tried to charge $268 for one tire and to install it, we went somewhere else and ended up paying $360 for two brand new tires and installation at the bay area good year. the icing on the cake was when we called to let them know we were on our way with the tires that they were NO HELP in finding, they did not want to put our tires on and CLOSED THE SHOP EARLY to avoid helping us, resulting in us sleeping in the car and having to get ANOTHER tow to a different shop. these guys are terrible and rude the literal worst experience i've ever had in my life read more

I had gotten my brakes fixed at a NTB in Baltimore since we were out there visiting. However, my family and I live in Cambridge. After having our brakes fixed we took the voyage back to the shore. I noticed something wasn't right with our vehicle and I drove extremely slow back to Cambridge. I stopped pass this Mr. Tire and drove straight into the garage! I told the tech I believe I have an emergency situation. I explained what I had fixed in Baltimore and that my wheels felt odd. He checked my tires and saw that my lug nuts were loose on my from driver side wheel. He tightened my lug nuts up with no charge! You have to be grateful for folks like this! read more

I had oil change in two occasions here, on the second time i was told my passenger tired had a "good size" nail and need to be repair ($50) which i found expensive and didnt do it. This was mid July and today is Aug 23 and my tired are perfect and vehicle's sensor hasnt detect any malfunction and decrease in air pressure. I was told three people allowed in at once otherwise be prepared to wait outside. I got to the shop. I was told very rudely he just got the bays open I would have to wait. I have been to a lot of oil change businesses but I've never had such a bad experience as I did on 8/9/2018. I was double charged for work that was not even performed. All those things they are supposed to check, they did nothing but change the oil, forgot to grease it & had to take it back in & on the rack for 1 fitting, No tire check, my rt. ft tire had 18 psi after I left. I visited this location to ask why they did not do the work I was charged for & was told he was too busy to discuss it & to call Corporate about it. He then got nasty & when I retorted , he acted like he was getting ready to call the police. My opinion is this shop is very poorly managed, I was a LP gas service manager for many years, if I had talked to a customer like this , I would have been terminated on the spot. The techs walk around like they have nothing to do, yet I waited for 1.5 hrs for a very basic oil change. I have a problem with my RT FT tire, I didn't even get an offer to fix it. I was so pleased with the service I received one morning. I was helped by a gentlemen by the name of Mr.Robert. During this morning I had a weird noise coming from my vehicle. I was able to take it to be seen. As soon as I was heading to the door It was opened for me and I felt so welcomed. Mr.Robert greeted me so nicely, as I began to describe what noises was coming from my vehicle he was already sure what it could be. As he took it to get seen he came back in a timely manner on updates and finally gave me the cause for my problem. As he did he was sure to take his time explaining what exactly was going on and what was needed. As a woman I didnt feel as though I was rushed or being haggled like most places and treated as if I didnt know anything about cars or being swindle for my money. But Mr.Robert broke down every last detail until I felt comfortable and he was so patients and knowledgeable. And he even was kind enough to show me the parts and even had the technician Mr. Mathew explain to me as well. They was so helpful and understanding. Mr.Robert gave me prices and broke down everything that was needed and I was fine with that. I felt so comfortable leaving my vehicle that I decided to go run some errands. By the time I was done I received a call from Mr.Robert saying my vehicle was done. Once I have arrived once again I was greeted by Mr.Robert and once again he held the door open for me. He Took me in to view my vehicle and showed me the old parts that was replaced and showed me how they was not working properly. Once then I was handed my key and was so happy driving home. My vehicle was driving so much better. I was a very happy and a pleased costumers. My overall experience was over the top. And he was such a gentleman I never had once had to reach for the door. I look forward to doing more business at this location as well as spreading the word for this kind of service I've received. First of all, we were from out of town and my tire pressure light decided to pop on. Since the place was right across the street from the hotel, we thought this would be perfect right? NOT. We got there around 9:00 am, walked in (no one was at the desk)..waited for about 5 mins. Guy comes out, we tell him the issue, asked if we could get a tire pressure check..said they were busy and it might take a while but pull up the car and wait until someone comes out and the guy kept walking. We received NO time frame, NO check in..waited for an hour. (No one came). Went back in to see if we could get a time frame, come to find out, we needed to be checked in (which the first guy failed to do). So they said they would take my car back in about 15 min (it was about 30-45 min). The first guy came back out, said oh, I know you have to go, did anyone look at your car yet...told him NO, he said he'll look now, where are the keys (the other guy took already them)..fast forward 2 hours later...still sitting here..no update, no notice, nothing. DO NOT COME HERE. Not to mention, there were 2-3 more people with needs similar to mine, who had been waiting an hour more than I did and another guy came back because another light popped on when he left from his original appt, while I was still there. There needs to be another tire car service near by. Completely ridiculous. read more

He tried to scare me into making a deal on tires immediately! He was very shocked when I informed him about how I understand tire tread and actually understand that he was quoting me a very high price on the replacement. He was even more upset when I informed him I would not be letting them replace the tires but letting a competitor replace them! At a much more reasonable price! Liars took almost 2 hours to tell me i couldnt get an alignment for my car because a $380 repair to my tie rods was nessisary first..I then informed them that I had replaced said parts myself only a couple months earlier. That statement was met with a moment of silence from the "tech" as im sure he didnt expect me to know what he was talking about. I said I would think about it and got out of there after a bunch of paper work.. Horrible, slow service with unknowledgeable employees that are willing to lie to make a sale. Must be on comission or something because they pretty obviously wanted that bogus sale to happen.. Also the total cost in replacement parts for doing the tie rods myself was only $80. Called because a nail was in my tire along with a piece of drywall. On the way there the drywall fell off and I feared they would have a hard time finding the nail. The guy at the front desk immediately put it on a life and checked it out. He could see where the nail was but it had not penetrated the tire all the way through. Went to Mr. Tire for a oil change, told the gentleman at the counter that I had my own oil. After an hour later I was told that my oil was not used because I need more oil than I had. I had the correct amount but was never asked and used their own oil and the lied about what oil was used. I only use synthetic oil and was told they used a synthetic blend only to find out that conventional was used ended up paying over $30 for a $19 oil change. read more
