Destroyed the taste and the orders took about 25 mins to arrive... Spring rolls are cold by the time they go on the sushi train. The dishes were not really recognizable as to what they were supposed to be I love good sushi and sashimi but couldn't get the taste of their food out of my mouth, had to make a sandwich when I got home... Whilst it was a Monday night, we were the only patrons there from 6:00 to 7:30. The quality and quantity of the food was actually very good and everyone in the group enjoyed it. The chef interacted quite well with the people at the table, but certainly needs a bit more practice with his 'tricks and food flicks' Many a utensil hit the floor and had to be recovered. He threw a raw egg at my friend which cracked all over her jumper, and didn't apologise or help clean up - in fact no one did. After we ate a mediocre meal that was served very late, served warm water to drink and mostly ignored by the one staff on duty, the chef and owner refused to chip in for dry cleaning of the jumper, saying that we shouldn't have come here if we didn't want to get involved. They finally acceded to give us $20 (because they said we could go buy a jumper from target for that price, even though her jumper is cashmere) as long as we agreed to sign a receipt so they could claim it back on tax. Honestly the rudest staff and tasteless meal I have ever experienced.
