Destroyed the taste and the orders took about 25 mins to arrive... Spring rolls are cold by the time they go on the sushi train. The dishes were not really recognizable as to what they were supposed to be I love good sushi and sashimi but couldn't get the taste of their food out of my mouth, had to make a sandwich when I got home... They've figured out what sells at dinnertime, and we were impressed with both the freshness and presentation of the dishes ordered. you are NOT getting the country version of authentic cuisine here; you are in fact getting the BEST Japanese that is available in Australia. This was a Thursday night visit, and the venue wants to promote karaoke at least on weekends. Personally, I'd prefer to go on the non-karaoke nights.

We ordered take away and while we waited, were given some iced water (the 46 degree day had us wilting!) and our meals were ready in less than ten minutes.
