Went there as a group of 4, food on the train reasonably fresh, the items I ordered from the menu (chicken karaage and what was supposed to be a Omurice ) were completely drowned in Kewpie Mayo and a sickly brown sauce. . Destroyed the taste and the orders took about 25 mins to arrive... Spring rolls are cold by the time they go on the sushi train. The dishes were not really recognizable as to what they were supposed to be I love good sushi and sashimi but couldn't get the taste of their food out of my mouth, had to make a sandwich when I got home... Waitress was barely competent.

They've figured out what sells at dinnertime, and we were impressed with both the freshness and presentation of the dishes ordered. you are NOT getting the country version of authentic cuisine here; you are in fact getting the BEST Japanese that is available in Australia. This was a Thursday night visit, and the venue wants to promote karaoke at least on weekends. Personally, I'd prefer to go on the non-karaoke nights.
