On top of it, the crazy weather started taking the shine away from the car, and I got into a minor accident where I had my front bumper tainted with white paint. All in all, my poor car needed some TLC, and that's exactly what it got! This little place is tucked in right next to US1 behind/attached to the back of the Chevron gas station on the 120th st intersection. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. Understood what I wanted, and I was able to book an appointment, which was a plus. I got the inside, and outside done, clay and wax, and am very happy. It's almost as if it's brand new. The outside is silky smooth, and everything is shining beautifully. Got all the scratches inside and out fixed whice was great. You can tell they took their time as all the crannies, etc, were cleaned well. They said it would take about one and a half hours, but i work nearby, so i left the car. They have a little patio set you can seat and wait, but there's no shade (there's a Starbucks and pinecrest bakery next door, though ). Pricing wise, it's on the higher end, but considering it's Pinecrest and how good my car looked, it was OK. I recommend it and will be taking another car this weekend. From the moment I walked in, Oriely at the front desk greeted me with a smile and confidently told me this was the best spot in Miami. She wasn't wrong. I had both my Bentley and Porsche detailed here, and the results were flawless. Every inch of both cars was meticulously cleaned, and the turnaround time was impressive. I'm not a car wash pro by any means and I usually take mine to the drive thru machine wash but I felt it needed a more in depth clean. I wanted a good vacuuming and a nice outside clean. Somehow I got talked into a deep inside cleaning. I understand that's the game and I said why not. I ended up with the deep interior wash. I ended up leaving my car and 3 hours later I came back after getting a call telling me my car was ready. The inside was very clean. Carpets were spotless and my seats looked brand new. They also did my trunk and I wasn't expecting that so the took everything out of my whole car and put it in bags and stuffed in my trunk. I wasn't bothered but just be warned they will do that. I had to go around with them and spotted some minor things here and there but they were nice and took care of it. With tip and all it was around $127. 3 weeks later my car still feels clean so I think it's worth the value. So I would recommend Mr Splash when looking to give you vehicle some good loving.

Edgar came to my home and was totally unaware of what a ceramic topper or booster was. He was a nice guy, and I actually went through the effort to teach him about the product category and showed him how to apply. Of course he did not have the product on his truck, so we used a bottle of OptiCoat Booster that I had. I don't blame Edgar but instead blame the owners for sending him out totally unprepared from a knowledge and product availability standpoint. I paid the agreed price nonetheless, but many people would not have. Update and reply to your response: I offered to use my supplies because you were not equipped and did not have the supplies as per our email agreement. I should have sent Edgar away after he admitted that he knew nothing about ceramic coating boasters and did not have the Gtechniq C2V3 ceramic booster as we agreed upon. Instead, I made the effort to salvage the situation which is something many customers would not do. Just take my review as constructive criticism, make the necessary corrections for future customers instead of trying to twist the narrative in such a pathetic and deceitful manner.
