I got a wash and shine at Dadeland Carwash on Thursday, Dec. 12. But I could find nowhere to pay for the service. And since the tunnel spills you out onto US 1, with very little apron as a buffer, and since the pick-up truck behind me was blowing his horn, I exited onto US 1 in the hope that I would find a cashier aat the right turn immediately on exiting. No such luck. Then when I got home, I tried to call the Carwash, but the number is disconnected. I can stop back down when I'm in that area and pay the modest price, but that will require time I do not have. read more

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Wow wow wow, been here before and wasn't super impressed but it's near the house so I figured I'd come through, stood at the end waiting for my car and a lady had to have them redo basically everything on her car because she says they are horrible but it's convenient, her wheels were not done, her interior was still dirty. But I thought from my past experience it couldn't be so bad, boy was I wrong, I brought my car back through because all the wheels were dirty, the interior they couldn't even vacuum that little area on the side of the door to get the piece of paper out in the sugar they said it wasn't part of the car wash, and when I confronted him the guy that seems to be a manager got defensive and started mouthing off and defending his poor quality, go anywhere else seems like the ratings are well deserved read more

Just wow. What an absolutely horrible car wash. I think my truck actually left more dirty than how it came.

I've been coming here for over 15 years and today I was totally insulted by the service lady at the cashier desk. The wait was the longest I experienced, seemed they were short handed. Okay, I can understand . No I am sorry for your wait. Them i asked for bathroom keys as I got change for the tip. I asked for my receipt. She said, I will not give to you until you return keys. This receipt i need for my car wash. She held me hostage. I requested my receipt and she said no she would not give to me until i return the bathroom keys. Then the waiting bench x 2 had been removed. The customer service gets a thumbs down. I will use my last ticket in my book and never return to a sour face. read more

Left the car just as I brought it in and when I questioned them why they didn't clean my leather seats they said they didn't have time because they were short staff. Didn't even try to wipe this seat clean. Worst costumer service! Basically gave my brand new Suv it's first wash half done and paid full price $$$$$$. Never again! read more

Dadeland Carwash - Back seat where my baby sits where easily milk stain can be removed and they didn't even try. - Car Wash Near Me - Miami, Florida

In a rush, not polite. Give me good service and in ok with that... in a rush, not polite and return my car dirty- close this business. read more

I wish I could give zero or negative stars!! The car was still dirty. They didn't vacuum the back seat. They didn't clean the dashboard or the cup holders. The doors still had finger prints everywhere. Horrible service and I would never visit again nor recommend this place. read more

Worst Car Wash place I've been to. I'm not generally a picky person but this place takes the cake. The first time I went they were somewhat busy and I had to point out quite a few sections they missed. I went back to give them the benefit of the doubt this time on a weekday when it was empty and got even worse results. read more

Do not waste your money. They actually left crumbled Receipts in cup holder and never even wiped. Least expensive wash is $17.95 if you want them to scrub it's an extra $10. Car was still dirty. $30 plus $5 tip down the drain. Stay away read more

Very bad customer service They left the car full of soap then dried the car with soap all over. Side rear view mirrors were left dirty. I shall never return read more

Should have checked the reviews before I bought washes from these folks. This is how they left my car. Had to spend an hour re washing the car. Stay away. read more

I came to this place with all my cars (3) and it was decent precovid, but now it's terrible they tell you they don't do the inside unless you ask them to vacuum and even that it's not a good job. And on the outside looked as bad as when I brought it in all the dirt stains now I leave with the same plus I got water stains to go. Terrible service and not worth it. Won't be back read more

Dadeland Carwash - Car Wash Near Me - Miami, Florida

I have given this place various chances. The cashier is super nice but the workers are rude and are always trying to up sell by telling me my vehicle is extra dirty..... When I paid extra and just reminded the washer to please remember to remove some berries from my roof he was upset and waived my off telling me to wait.... very rude.... I have purchased 3 prepaid booklets.. I've washed my car there about 10 times and not once have I ever been satisfied. I will not be going back..... read more

Honestly, I had a great experience here. It was about half of the price I thought I would be spending to get the interior and exterior washed, with wax and the whole 9 yards. It was fast and they did a great job, so I'll be back for sure. read more

Dadeland Carwash - Great job - Car Wash Near Me - Miami, Florida

What a joke!!! Called this morning - lady has no manners and then continued to put me on hold. Why would you allow someone with no customer service skills to even be the frontline of communications. I hung up. Glad it did not work out as I just read reviews - silver lining :-) read more

Was in the area with 15 minutes to spare and decided to stop by this place. Went with the bubble wash which is $25.95 (appx.). Includes a list of items that are done to the vehicle along with interior cleaning. Mind you only 1 above this service so I expected it to be a good job. The actual machine does a good job on cleaning the exterior of the car so if thats what your looking for give it a shot for $15. The interior job is where they missed completely not wiping down doors or side panels. I don't think it's worth $27+$3 tip. Why did I tip? Because the wash itself was a good job. Go for a gas station wash and put in some elbow grease! read more

Dadeland Carwash - Not very good interior cleaning. $26? Not worth. - Car Wash Near Me - Miami, Florida

Pleased with service, the car that I have been using went out of business and the honored a prepaid couponing employee

This Carwash was a waste of money the drive thru barely pours any water and the car was left dirty and barely washed. Total waste of money

I come here on a semi-regular basis. Lily in the office is so nice and helpful. The staff is fast and efficient. If you buy the coupon book you get a great discount on the car wash and you get a free air freshener when you purchase the booklet. read more

Dadeland Carwash - My car loving the car wash! - Car Wash Near Me - Miami, Florida

This works for a quick car wash that's not too expensive. Don't expect the detail work like the car wash on the same block but it's reasonable. They offer a discount booklet for several washes which is helpful and you can just add extra services as you need. The staff is always friendly! read more

Ok so confession time. I am not one to really take my car to a car wash on the regular. This place is right on US 1. Its nothing fancy, but they really did a great job in cleaning my car. They offer 4 different types of washes. I went with number 2 and I added on a deep interior cleaning as well for an additional 20 bucks. They offer discounted deals if you buy 3 washes up front. I did have to wait a while for them to finish, but it was worth the wait. My car was spotless. read more

Wow. Surprised at so many many bad reviews. Have been coming here for years and always get a decent, high quality wash. We buy the booklet if prepaid washes and do pretty well. They are reasonable, efficient, and relatively friendly (for a car wash). It's my own self conscious nature that thinks they guys who work the line look down their nose at me for driving a nice car and paying for somebody else to wash it! But at least there is a tip jar at both the start and finish, and no one stares at you to see how much you put in! read more

Awful at cleaning. Car is still dirty plus they didn't vacuum fully. Will not be going back and would not recommend

Not worth the 40 dollars i spent. I had to ask for them to vacuum my trunk. I feel like I could've done the same for free. I really expected a lot more effort for a service that was almost half the price of a detailing job. read more

My car is almost as dirty as before the car wash. I got the "glitter" wash. The most expensive option. I asked if I needed to add anything. I knew my car was dirty. He said nothing. They did a great job vacuuming the car. That the only reason they get 2 stars. The car wash was poorly executed. I never saw any wax being applied to the car, strange since the glitter wash offers 3 kinds of wax. After the wash they cleaned the windows and barely wiped the dash, as it was still dirty. I ask the guy to clean the cup holder in the back seat. Didn't even TOUCH it. The entire car is still dirty. He applied tire shine on the wheels but didn't even wipe a smudge off the wheel. I alway visit the other car wash down the street and never have any issues. I was really hoping Dadeland Car Wash would have been good as I prefer the car wash that touches your car instead if touch free which they have. Needless to say don't waste your money. Even there top car wash offerings left me with a need of a car wash. read more

Probably worst was I've ever had. Did not do windshield or sunroof still had kids prints everywhere

Worst. I had to come home and clean it again myself inside and wheels were half done. Will never return.

Bad from head to toe. Mind as well go to a gas station and pay $8.. the vacuum was awful, my windshield is still dirty, my car smells neutral (they claim to use freshener), my car wasn't even that dirty to begin with so the fact that they didn't clean it properly is embarrassing. The guy at my husbands office charges me $25 and does an impeccable job, I paid $32 plus a tip in advanced of $5 and Got nothing. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Dadeland Carwash - Took my not to dirty car in, paid for their most expensive car wash and it's still dirty. Shame on you. - Car Wash Near Me - Miami, Florida

This place sucks instead of checking for reviews i went ahead and washed my car here I don't mind paying $30 fir a mediocre job but this was bad these guys didn't even clean the residue from the window spray and they left this all over my door and seats , also they left soap all around the outside this place is incredible . I'm not the person to take the time and do a bad review but this too much . read more

The sketchiest car wash. on top of that, they did a HORRIBLE job, They just sprayed some areas and hardly wiped. Listen to the reviews and do not come here until management steps up and changes. read more

Took my car there because i received a pre paid glitter package as a gift. The Carwash was ok but definitely not worth the cost. They didn't vacuum my trunk, and the only thing else they did do is vacuum every where else. Dirt spots were still on the rims, dust on the dash board and kick marks on the doors. I strongly recommend a hand wash car wash over this 1. read more

Horrible. Definitely save your money. These guys hate their job and the work shows it. Paid extra $25 to have door panels cleaned what a waste. Will never go back read more

I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt whenever I go, hoping that because it is close it will eventually be good. However, today I cannot accept their substandard service anymore. Having just left he car wash I turned the corner to have the sunlight hit the windshield to reveal that they didn't even wipe it down. And forget any attempt to vacuum. I am so frustrated and disappointed with this place that I will not be returning and urge you all to save your money and go someplace else. read more
