I could not use FaceTime or any other speakerphone options which had been going on for well over a month. I took it to the AT&T store and they told me I would have to get a new phone. I thought I paid for insurance and when I went to claim it, they informed me I did not anyway, that's another matter. When I walked into tech daddy, Matthew was super friendly and helpful. Turns out it was a simple cleaning which he did right away and was so kind as I was embarrassed. I could have done it myself ‍ my iPhone 13 mini is back is business!

But the real test came when my phone spent too much time in a toilet bowl. It was completely fried. I didn't think there was any hope. No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have a phone issue, save yourself some time and go straight to Mr. Phone. You won't be disappointed!

They told me they could take pictures of the phone and send it to samsung to see if they approve and it would take 24 hours. I was more than happy with that and agreed. Then she went in the back and came back out and said that she was sure that samsung wouldnt take the phone on warranty and i didnt have that option anymore.. Why wouldnt they take it she said because of a few tiny scratchs that probably were so small they wouldnt of even been able to see in a picture. So now i spent $1700 on a phone 4 months ago only to have it randomly quit working for no reason and my only shot at warranty was in the hands of a lazy, rude, incompetent employee that could careless. Idk why samsung uses this crap company.... Thanks for the waste of money.
